there was very good coordination from Lavanya from the beginning till the end of our trip, without us facing any issues.

The Hotels at Srinagar & Pahelgam including Houseboat were very good. The Hotel location, Room cleanliness & staff was very good.
The car & Driver were good.
Logistics was well advised by your Miss Vidhi Joshi. In fact she was very good in guiding me right from beginning. Appreciate her efforts as she was in touch till my trip was over ensuring seamless communication & efforts in making this trip a memorable.

We had a fabulous holiday together. Trip factory was helpful from the beginning and assisted us throughout the trip. It was an amazing time spent with loved ones.

Overall our trip was very much well organised. Many many thanks to nalendu for their continuous support through out the journey in telegram. I highly recommend those people who never opt for travel agencies go for tripfactory once.

Few Suggestions -
1. During return pickup location, always share some hints to reach coach. It's very difficult for a new person with his/her family to reach unknown coach area.

2. For Zoo and Maina By bay our pickup was at 2PM, which postponed to 2:30PM and we reached approx at 3PM. Dur to this we had only 3 hrs to cover everything. With a toddler it's not possible to cover points in less time... traveller is paying full money, so pickup should be earlier for these points. May be at 12-1PM

Abu Dhabi trip was not up to the mark.
The guide wasted 4 hrs in Yas mall, which was of no use to us. Mosque, temple, visit was good. But date's market, Yas mall was of no use, except for those who hv booked Ferrari World. Instead of this city skyline could hv been covered or some other market der. Look into this aspect

On the whole a value for money itinerary and trip. Hotels were good with decent breakfast but the Dinner location in Salzburg was below par. The owner had a grumpy face and gave an impression that he was doing service by attending to us. There was perceptible difference in the way he treated us and other guests. The food was bad. Other than this negative a good experience altogether. The accounts part should be updated more frequently and prior information of itinerary, etc. should be arranged. This was one of the biggest lacunae in the package. I had to pursue everyday and honestly didn’t expect the trip to happen. Coordination was lacking and the customer s were only proactive. The telegram group and prior information promised never happened for me

Guys this is the third trip of our family with trip factory.

It’s always a great experience, superb hotels allotted with view of greeneries, surrounded by mountain.

The cab was clean and sarthi (driver) was very calm he come before time for departing as per our plan/schedule.

Specially the hotels, boathouse which was arranged is amazing.

I request other to take the experience of trip factory.
