Kerala was a captivating combination of beautiful scenery, vibrant culture, and delectable food during my most recent visit. Kerala has incredibly beautiful natural surroundings. With their verdant surroundings and placid waterways, Alleppey's backwaters offered a calm haven that made it seem like another planet. Munnar's tea farms were similarly captivating, with their rolling hillsides carpeted in vivid green tea bushes and the fresh, chilly air. Kerala's alluring natural beauty, vibrant culture, and mouthwatering cuisine continue to make it an amazing travel destination. Even with some weather-related difficulties (rain), the whole experience was memorable and enlightening. A little preparation and adaptability can allow anyone traveling to Kerala to have a wonderful trip through this stunning state. Special mention my driver/guide Mr. Kannan was just awesome gave me full support & guidance in the entire 8D7N trip.

I was alloted Mr Samudwith, Bali expert for my trip for my family.
I contacted him and he replied to all my queries and concerns satisfactorily.
He told us about the hotels , food, currency exchange etc.
We stayed for 8 nights and 9 days.
5 nights bali, 1 night Nusa Penida and 2 nights at Gili.The hotels were top quality.
We had a memorable experience in this trip.
We did Batur mountain trekking , hot springs, Lovina dolphin watching, snorkelling , scuba, reptile park, surfing, waterfalls, temple and Lombok trip.
The place is very beautiful .
We had support from the telegram group which is formed after you book the trip.All were helpful including ground staff, Local agent and the driver.
All in all superb trip.But do your own research too , to gain maximum from the trip

I came to know about Trip Factory through my friend and The overall experience was good. Well organised & managed trip. No glitches at all. Always connected and informative with us. My tour expert Mr. Vignesh explained everything about itinerary in detail, he was very helpful and soft spoken person. We have faced some issue for vegetarian food apart from that rest all good.

Overall A Good Experience.!! We enjoyed a lot since the weather is good...
Network connection is bad, though we get new sim and internet packages we could not use it wisely due to poor network connectivity.

Cab drivers are very very good.!

We enjoyed a great trip to the various nations in Europe. The accommodations were decent, and the meal was excellent. Service and attention were delivered at the appropriate moment. It would be ideal if we had extra time in several tourist destinations. However, I recognise there will be time limits.

Our overall experience with the trip organised by Mr Samudwith was very good. We all enjoyed our outing though it was a bit hectic. What was wanting was that one day when we were waiting for our turn at Andara gate pics for almost one and a half hour, the driver could have shown the Saraswati temple which was close by there by we could have easily gone and enjoyed the sunset on that day. Howeve, I would like to state that our trip was very good and driver was good and cooperative. Our sincere thanks to Mr Samudwith who took pains and organised our vist to Bali a memorable one. Thank you.

My trip to Singapore and sailing aboard Genting Dream Cruise was extremely well executed by Trip Factory. Mr Nalendu had planned it so so well. He is knowledgeable and professional. This was my 5th time booking a trip with Trip factory. And not a single time when they disappointed me. Their experts are really experts in their field. For Vietnam trip, Vijnesh Poojary had created an itinerary that suited our requirements and made sure all our queries were answered within minutes. He was always available on chat or call whenever we needed any kind of support.

Trip was very good and Tour Manager Mr Rohan Apke is the very hardworking and good behaviour man. He is very fantastic man who have good knowledge for tour of Uk and Europe. He is grading ***** grading. Few hotels was not good as per star rating I.e olampiya hotel

All arrangements were good. We didn't face any issue with with anything during the whole trip. Thanks to Meghana for giving us a very good experience from start to end. She was always there to answer our questions, settle our doubts and take care of our concerns from first discussion to end of the trip. Ground team too supported with constant updates about next schedule, driver name, guide name etc. Vehicles provided were of good quality and comfortable. Drivers were good and guides were well informed. Hotel was centrally located and comfortable. Only disappointment was that swimming pool and gym were closed for maintenance and we were not aware of it and not sure if the hotel had quoted price accordingly. It was an enjoyable trip for us made memorable by Meghana and tripfactory team.

We had a wonderful experience in cruise, the rooms were clean and tidy with wonderful view. The cruise had lot of activities to keep ourselves busy through the stay. Food options were good and overall it was well managed.

Everything was good I strongly recommend trip factory for my family and friends.
