Had a great family holiday,tripfactory took good care from booking from airline tickets,hotel rooms and transport.
Very reasonable compared to most of the travel sites ex.mmt,booking.com,agoda.
Happy with their quick responses.

On ground experience was good but Tripfactory commitments and support was not at all worth.

There were lot of confusions and the assistant was not at all aware what to do. Many times not even responsive.

The driver and guide was very polite and helpful.

We booked a trip to Dubai for 4N 5D with trip factory. Shashank helped us with our trip. All tickets including air tickets were booked by Shashank. We did not face any difficulty with the entries to attractions. private and shared transfer vehicles were good and comfortable . One mention is about the shared transfer vehicle to Abu Dhabi, which could be better. Also please try to include a photo stop at the mosque along with Hindu temple and Ferrari World. The alternative suggestion by Shashank to book Hyatt place worked out well. The hotel is excellent in every manner. We had a very comfortable stay. We felt that the dune bashing activity in desert safari could have been a bit longer (our previous desert safari in 2012 was longer than this one ). Ferrari World pickup in the morning was delayed by 1 hr, message was sent late night so we only saw it early morning. It will be good if pickup timings can we confirmed by drivers previous day before 8 pm. Folks on the telegram group were very helpful, we got promp responses all the time. Thank you very much.
Overall the trip experience was great! Thankyou for making our trip extremely memorable. We will definitely recommend trip factory to our family and friends

Our itinerary was planned by Kriti. Entire trip was planned and executed really well. I went with my husband and we both had an amazing experience.

All tour was good,
first driver Esd Suradnya was very good and cooperative and private car also nice

but in Nusa penida we had some difficulty about driver language Arjun he didn't no English language also, his behaviour was not good and satisfied

Our some sightseeing was incomplete because of less timing issue please recommended our next plan sightseeing point will held less or 1or 2 point in a day so that will be complete all sightseeing

Overall the trip has been a great trip and our family had a great time. Some of the areas of improvement.
- Some time to be given for shopping at all locations.
- hotels to be somewhat centrally located
- enroute jourmey from one country to other, min 2 halts for 10 mins each for some pictures to be taken by individuals
- proper reiki of the hotels as there were bathroom issues, malfunctioning of certain things in the room, etc.
- at least afternoon meal to be non indian meal, to try fusion food.

Overall , the trip was enjoyable . However , the following needs improvement :

The bus provided was not comfortable at all with very less leg space . Long journeys were tiring .

There was no person to meet and greet when we landed at Vienna ( no placard ) . I had to call the tour manager and then he disclosed the location where we had to meet him . Not exactly a warm welcome !! Suppose my phone had been out of charge , what would I have done ??

Tour manager was basically an administration manager , hardly able to provide any inputs while we were travelling . Local guides arranged in Vienna and Budapest were elderly ladies with low energy and quite below par . Guides in Prague and Salzburg were better ,

Tour manager was not a very warm person , tended to be rude at times .

Overall the trip was good. The itinerary was planned in discussion but a bit more details if shared about the activities would have helped make it better. Loved the water sports, dinner cruise, kechak dance. Nusa pinda was beautiful but expectation was of beach hopping and it turned out to be cliff hopping. Similarly the swings were not an activity as expected but a photo studio with props.
Still the planning and execution was great. Timely pickup, quick responses, and excellent service throughout the trip.

Our experience of bali trip with trip factory was good. Safa was co-operative and planned our trip as per our requirement. Driver provided in bali was very helpful and guided us. We had asked to include hotel of our choice in Kuta, but the hotel provided by trip factory in Ubud was average. Overall the experience was good. I would also recommend trip factory to give details of the places included in itinerary so there are no last minute changes required in the trip.

My overall experience with Trip Factory was good except few issues like:
1. Flights were booked in a group booking and could not block the desired seats. Despite my continuous follow up with the person booked my trip, she lied to me and did not inform me that it is a group booking and i cannot block desired seats online. Which was disappointing.
2. Hotel 'Kori Maharani Villas' booked for 2 nights. It is a beautiful property with excellent rooms and attached lagoon pool but the service is pathetic. I had a tough time there as there was no support for medical emergency. My daughter was not well and i asked for the help from the hotel but they just gave the number of a nearby hospital and asked to arrange transport/everything on my own. This hotel is almost 1 hour from the nearest city Kuta, where you get better facilities.
3. Breakfast at Hotel Kori Maharani Villa was also very average and below expectations. Worst is that Dogs and Cats roam freely in the kitchen and dinning area.
Due to above issues, rated 4 Stars.

Overall arrangements were good, hotel locations could have been betted. Logistic arrangements were excellent

The trip was the best.. Kriti Rai was so cooperative and she even planned the trip best. Drivers were on time and even a second delay. Hotel was also good.. would love to plan the next trip with Trip Factory.

Overall an enjoyable Trip, Smooth transfers and sight seeing arrangements were the plus points. Selection of Hotel rooms are not acceptable as you get allotted the worst room in that particular category. I am referring to the Darjeeling Hotel in particular. Smokey room with no ventilation which is not acceptable.
Nathula pass excursion could not be arranged in-spite of prior intimation and excuses given which are not true as per the actual ground realities. However the food quality in all the hotels were excellent. The buffet breakfast at the Peling Hotels was a bit short in variety.
