The hotels booked for us were not up to the mark, only the hotel for phuket was good.

Telegram channel was really helpful and team has coordinated well.

Over all it was very good, except the hotels we stayed.

We had requested a hotel in Pahalgam, but the one provided was 10 km before the town, which we realized only after returning from the trip. Due to heavy snowfall, we were unable to access the Gondola ride and missed sightseeing in Pahalgam. Brijesh, our trip planner, was extremely helpful in all aspects. However, the hotel on our last day in Srinagar was not up to the mark, and the staff was not very cooperative.

tripFactory is the best Tour operator. Keep going.

As scheduled, we reached dubai on 19th without any problem. Once we reached dubai your agent contacted us immediately and took us to the hotel. He was nice and cordial. Eventhough there was a rush of guests at hotel, we were accomodated. The room is nice and tidy and cleaning it on daily basis.The breakfast was excellent.
At 6.45 , driver zakir shaikh picked us and dropped for the cruise. The cruise was nice. Once it finished, zakir was there at the entrance and dropped us at hotel. He is very supportive.
On 20th,we were picked from the hotel lobby at 9 by ziaulhaq and dropped us at city mall. He is also very nice. Your guide, saurav contacted us immediately and took us to the aquarium and waterfall. He also took us to the surroundings. At 1 pm he took us the burj khalifa entrance . there was a long queue there. Once we come out saurav met us showed the other parts of citymall. He is a wonderful person. Gentle, patient and showed a true guide capabilities.
On 21st, at 2.30 pm Anvar javed picked us for a desert safari. It was a nice experience eventhough the food was not that much enjoyable. Anvar explained us everything. Since some of our members have backpain, he drove very carefully without losing the safari feeling.
On 22nd morning 10 am,Rustam khan came and took us to BAPS temple and ferrari world. He is informative and a careful driver.
On 23rd at at 3.15 we were taken into miracle garden and global village.the journey was in a bus. The guide with us was a lady and she took too much pain to cordinate the passengers. On 25th siraj khan took us for the city tour and to aya universe. He was also informative and cooperative guide. He explained many things on the way. On 26th morning at 8 am Zahid Raza came and dropped Us at airport.

Overall your arrangements were excellent.The only regret we have is that We could not visit the Mosque. Thank you for your nice work.We can't spare out Mr. Vishnu,so a special thanks for him for the wonderful job done by him.

I am N S R Murthy, a senior citizen from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I went to Kashmir trip with my wife arranged by Tripfactory. Being a senior citizen, that too along with my wife I was a little bit afraid to perform tour in winter. But Tripfactory factory arranged the tour in such a fashion that it became life time achievement for both of us. We enjoyed the trip like Honey moon in this late age. I strongly recommand couple of any age group to go with Tripfactory happily to enjoy Kashmir beauties.
I got two suggestions in this itinerary.
1.Gulmarg stay should becfor 2 days, one day to be spared exclusively for Gandola trip, two phases.
2.It is not advisable to go to Pehalgam directly from Gulmarg which takes 5 to 6 hrs. Srinagar is there on the way. So night stay should be at Sinagar.

To start with the review....To start with got connected to the representative - Ms Shahnaz....She guided me with all the options available and costing and total detailing of the Visa, Flights, Hotels booking and Activities possible to be arranged......with lots of patience and was cooperative all along - very Modestly and with all ears....was in connunication during my journey for the Vouchers etc and clarfcations...she politely and immediately accomodated my requirements and doubts.
Thereafter i was guided to communicate with Telegram and that team too were Awesome, Punctual, Cooperative and responded immediately to my messages.
The Drivers who picked us up were Very Humble, cooperative and Punctual and responsive to all our queries without any hesitation and patient with us.

Thank you so much for a very well arranged and memorable trip to Europe. We all thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Most of the hotel rooms and restaurants were excellent. Only suggestion would be to have a better hotel choice in Zurich, because the assigned IBIS hotel room was very small and did not have amenities like electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets. Rest all was very good.

I would like to thank Trip Factory a lot especially Shena Pradhan who was my trip advisor , She had guided me and planned my trip within our budget and once after the trip started there was not even a single issue we have faced when it comes to Hotel , Activities or Travel Transfers

Very nice managed trip, liked the itenary

Tripfactory has done a fabulous job in executing our trip to Finland in Jan'25. We had a wonderful and memorable time. We received end-to-end support from the expert - Shashank N S, the visa team (Girish, Sanjay & Reginold), Masroor from Flights team who were also patient, professional & prompt in addressing all our queries and concerns around the trip.The tour manager - Vinod Aggarwal was also knowledgeable and helpful. We certainly thought the trip was worth every penny since we experienced so much during our time in Finland. We would certainly recommend this experience via Tripfactory. In terms of the itinerary, we did feel that the stay in Ivalo could have been extended by a day and Rovaneimi could have been concluded in 2 days instead of 3.
