Well planned trip with a good itinerary in Bali for 6 N and 7 D. Trip Expert Mr. Suman was very helpful and guided us from beginning to end. The Telegram support Group was very helpful throughout and this was our 5th Trip and 3rd International trip with Tripfactory. We always have memorable experience.

This is my third trip with the company and it does not disappoint. The planning is superb and the assisstance on the trip and before it really make it a worth while experience. Samudhwith was able to help with a lot of items on the itinerary and also provide certain tips that helped us enjoy the trip better. Only one feedback for a better experience is that on day 3, while going to the gates of heaven temple and back, we faced a lot of traffic and the almost wasted half a day on the road. It would be better if we lived somewhere near the harbour as we had to agaim leave very early in the morning to catch a speed boat to Gili. Since we had made a change in the itinerary, it could have been pointed out that the same old hotel might not be the best option for a stopover. Other than that the trip was handled perfectly.

A good experience from Day 1 to last day, with humble and well behaved ground team.
The itinerary has been prepared with excellence for the leisure holiday.

Hanoi sky hotel is bad, tour vehicle in Hanoi is very congested.
Hotel for lunch - in Hanoi there are many indian and other restaurants. They could have taken Indians to Indian restaurant, instead of a Vietnamese hotel.
We were recommended to have roaming faculty on sim from here, but actually buying SIM is much cheaper in vietnam and combodia.
It is better to provide names of Indian hotels near to hotels booked by you.

We had booked our first international trip with trip factory. Before the trip we were little nervous on the arrangements and everything but after the trip I can easily say it was very well managed trip. Everything was best quality: plan, transport, activities etc. only thing in the hotel it was little challenging to find vegetarian food but that is known fact in any outside country . Thanks a lot to trip factory team for managing our trip quite well and adding all the activities which we wished to cover.

This was our 2nd international trip through trip factory. Overall the trip was good except few points which could have been taken care to given better trip experience.

My only thing would be the Dow cruise (not your fault ) the cruise is not that great, as it was supposed to start at 6:30 then timing changed changed to 7:30 , but the cruise itself took off at 9:45 (2 hours plus waiting in a boat was boring ) !
Burj Khalifa experience was top notch as well as the dessert safari !

Driver Mr. Satria is also calm patient and good
Everything was good except flight booking I.e., we are travelling for honeymoon and it’s our first trip but we don’t have nearest seat we are sitting alone

If book nearest seat while booking flight ticket it would be better

Overall was good but food service staff was not so good and staff behaviour was not so professional. They were working there like they don’t care and we are in local hotel. Crockeries were so less was not enough for every guest we had to wait for bowl, glass, plates and mostly were chipped. We were vegetarian so our options were so less. I will not recommend this hotel.

Centara nova hotel was good.
Ramada hotel was moderate, because it was very silent hotel in look.
The hotel in Bangkok could have been good as compared to Ramada, because it's ambience was not upto the mark.
Overall trip and it's management were excellent.

We had our trip for 5 nights in Singapore & 2 in Malaysia. The first part was really amazing, kids had lot of fun and we felt we needed 2 days each for Universal and Sentosa as there’s a lot to walk around and explore. Probably you could set aside some time for shopping.
The coord team/cb drivers all were excellent in supporting the journey throughout. We got timely updates/messages/calls > Telegram page.

We traveled to Malaysia in coach, that took almost a day and we shouldn’t have gone for it rather stayed another day in Singapore.
When you land Malaysia from Singapore, uh ho, the vibes arent same. Only at some specific places we felt the vacation mode. Otherwise the place, cab, people everything is different.
The coach driver didnt seem to be that friendly and not responsive, just nods or stares.

The location of our hotel in Malaysia wasnt good, and poor Internet. However the room was pretty and neat, but services na-na, there was no bathroom slippers or dental kits.

Communication in this country is a bit difficult too, had a tough time in getting info while roaming around.

Vegans should pack ready to eat meals, food options were very very difficult as they cook most of the meals in seafood paste - the flavours/aroma are something we weren’t used to. But definitely try their Kaya (coconut) jam & kempung rice.

I am not that happy with the telegram page updates and coordination in malaysia as compared to Singapore. Our return flight was at 3pm, our hotel was far from airport and still our airport pick up schedule was not in sync with the international check-in. We were frustrated at this and hardly got any timely response. But the driver surprised us by arriving at an earlier time, please ensure you communicate effectively at such crucial points.

Other than this just one context I appreciate the team in customising the trip according to places of our choice, explaining everything in detail and be available anytime we wanted to reach out.
Definitely looking forward to other trips in future.
