It was a really good experience overall. The hotels were nice and the staff were very friendly. However, I didn’t enjoy the experience at Ross Island and North Bay Island as much. The guide allowed very little time for sightseeing at Ross Island.

We have Booked 10N / 11 Days Singapore / Thailand (Bangkok / Pattaya) packages for Family tour Total 10 pax with Trip Factory.
They have provided reasonalbe price including Visa Assitance and to and fro 3 flights, and 4* / 5* Hotels incl complimentory breakfast.
All the Hetels were located in prime city and No Hassle for shopping and which around near by indian Restaurants.
They have fulfilled without single changes of the itinerary as per the commited deal.
Trip Factory Team and Local Ground Staff are working excellent and well coordination between us.
A day before they will send the telegram messages for the next day itinerary pick up and drop time for each locations and all the entrance ticket will be purchased and hand over by the driver / local tour agents. We haven't stand in queue for purchasing tickets, all are included in the package.
Drivers come for pick up and drops always on time or before, and very polite, customer friendly. especially not asking any tips. If we like to give tips they will happy. Aslo we want to go for personel shopping or prefered restaurents while coming back to hotel. they are drop us as per our request, even it is little bit away from the hotel.

Dear Team,
I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding our recent Dubai trip experience.
Overall, our trip to Dubai was superb and memorable. From Day 1 to Day 7, most of the arrangements were well executed, and we were able to complete almost all planned activities smoothly. We are 90% satisfied with our journey. The coordination on the ground in Dubai was excellent, and the online assistance team throughout the 7-day trip was extremely supportive. They were always available on time, responsive to our queries, and provided quick solutions whenever required. This gave us confidence and peace of mind during our stay.
However, there are some important areas where improvement is needed.
Regarding itinerary planning, we feel it could have been better optimized. With better guidance and structured scheduling, we could have covered 3–4 additional attractions without feeling rushed. Some key experiences were not properly explained or suggested to us in advance. For example, we completely missed the Emirates Flight Experience, which should have been informed and offered during the planning stage. As first-time international travelers, we relied heavily on your expertise and expected such experiences to be proactively recommended.
Pre-departure communication and coordination were not handled smoothly. Initially, Anitha was assisting along with Spoorthi, and the planning phase appeared organized. However, after my initial payment was completed, I was informed that Anitha was no longer leading the process. From that point onward, there was no clear single point of contact, and communication became inconsistent.
Barakha was later assigned, but unfortunately, she did not seem fully aware of my booking details. I repeatedly had to explain my itinerary and booking information, which caused unnecessary stress. As a customer, I expect proper internal coordination and a smooth handover process.
Two days before departure, I was informed that Spoorthi would be on leave and that Barakha would handle everything. This last-minute transition created significant tension. Unfortunately, Barakha was working remotely from Sikkim and was not fully briefed about my booking. It appeared that there was no proper handover done. She had to ask me several questions about my own itinerary, which added to the stress during a critical pre-travel period. Due to this confusion, I had to personally visit your office two days before departure to clarify and collect all necessary information. This situation was avoidable and disappointing.
Because of these booking-stage issues, I had decided before traveling that I would never book again with Trip Factory and would not recommend your services. The stress in the final days before departure was not expected from such a reputed company.
However, after reaching Dubai, my perception changed completely.
The ground handling, coordination of tours, timely pickups and drops, and overall execution were excellent. Everything was managed professionally. The support team was proactive, well-coordinated, and solution-oriented.
A very special thanks to Saloni. She was in continuous contact with us from departure until our return. She patiently handled all concerns and ensured that pending issues were resolved promptly. When I visited your office, Saloni and her manager personally supported me and sorted everything efficiently. Her dedication, professionalism, and customer-first approach made a significant positive difference in our overall experience.
Additionally, the hotel stay, transfers, and activity bookings were smooth and hassle-free. The drivers were punctual, vehicles were clean, and vouchers were well arranged. These aspects greatly enhanced our comfort during the trip.
To summarize:
• 5 stars for the overall Dubai trip execution
• 5 stars for Saloni and the Dubai support team
• 0.5 star for the initial booking coordination team
This was our first international trip, and despite the booking-stage challenges, it turned out to be a fantastic and memorable experience in the end.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve internal coordination and communication at the booking level, as your ground operations are truly strong.

Our 7-8 day trip was flawlessly organized byTripFactory starting from Bagdogra airport with seamless transfers. Darjeeling's tea gardens and Tiger Hill sunrise were magical, Pelling offered jaw-dropping Kanchenjunga views from monasteries, and Gangtok's MG Marg buzzed with energy—we even added Tsomgo Lake (Nathula permit sorted smoothly despite weather checks).The driver was expert on winding roads, accommodations comfy with hot meals, and the team responsive via WhatsApp for tweaks. Mild breathlessness in Gangtok at altitude was expected and passed quickly with rest; no major issues. Great value, highly recommend for first-timers—pure bliss!

Very well planned , excellently coordinated and executed TOUR BY TRIP FACTORY.
1. TOURS AT ALL PLACES: At all places, message received about pick up and drop off points, car and driver details and timings. details given about the Tour being conducted , meals and other small small details.
2. All timings committed were maintained and adhered to, which is praise worthy.
3. All Hotels given were of good standard, but room selected by us was not given at Pho Quoc. At Hanoi , room was very small. The Hotel was apparently paid less and we got a bad Room and they refused to change to better room in the same category and even lower category, even though rooms were available at 0900hrs in the morning. Food standard was good in all these hotels. Staff at Da Nang Eden Hotel were very indifferent and cold in dealings. Staff at hotel O Galleria at hanoi were very good and helpful.
4. Vietjet Airlines experience was really bad. They were fashionably LATE at the destinations and they NEVER EVER regretted on inefficiency of their lethargic operations.
5. Online support system by TRIP Factory was good during out 10 days tour and its praiseworthy.
