Our trip to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands with Trip Factory was a 4-night, 5-day experience, and overall, it was very well organized. The mesmerising beaches, smooth transportation in comfortable four-wheelers, and well-managed accommodations made the journey truly enjoyable.
The sightseeing experiences at Chidiya Tapu, Corbyn’s Cove Beach, Radhanagar Beach, Bharatnagar Beach, Lakshmanpur Beach, as well as the Cellular Jail and the Light and Sound Show, were exceptional and memorable. The cruise services were excellent—well managed, comfortable, and highly enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the queue system for baggage submission and collection.
In terms of accommodation, Hotel Haywizz provided a very good stay experience. However, as a suggestion for improvement, Hotels Pebble and Darwin may consider ensuring the availability of hot water for guests.
One challenge we faced was poor internet connectivity across locations, which made communication difficult. Additionally, the return flight timings fluctuated significantly, and web check-in was quite troublesome due to the lack of internet access. Despite this, the flight itself was smooth and reached the destination on time.
Overall, it was an excellent and memorable vacation. I sincerely appreciate Trip Factory for their planning, coordination, and support throughout the trip. Thank you martin for excellent vacation plan and patience.

all the arrangements made were really good. the only drawback about this trip was the non-inclusion of cab services from Gulmarg Hotel to Gondola. It created a lot of misunderstandings, confusion and a lot of volatility in the asking of prices. some quoted 3500, some 2000, while the route to Gondola is hardly a 500-1000/- tour. Trip Factory should Include this service in the package.

Additionally, what things need to be carried or rented should also be mentioned as first time travelers have no idea about what is available and what needs to be purchased from customers end. this can save a lot of money. for example if I knew that Snow boots are available for rent I wouldn't have purchased it.

Also, other accessories such as hand gloves, Cap etc are a available at the cheapest price for 100/- there, wherein I bought gloves from Mumbai for 500/-. this shoulf also be mentioned or briefed to customers to make Trip Factory one stop destination for all holiday travels. such detailing in services will build trust towards the company and will add that extra confidence for customers travelling with Trip Factory.

my suggestion is that after arriving in srinagar there shoulf be one stop to purchase all these items with a very cheap cost. it should be included in the itinerary.

We had a very good trip. Pickups and drop-offs were smooth and well organised, and communication throughout the travel period was clear and timely. There was constant coordination with the person in charge, and all our queries were addressed promptly. Overall, it is a reliable and well-managed platform for group travel.

The trip was planned very well overall. The driver assigned in Bali was friendly, courteous, and highly responsive to our requests. However, the drivers in Nusa Penida were rude and uncooperative, which affected the experience there.

The resorts were excellent for the most part. The only exception was the last property, The Bali Dream Villa. While the property itself was good, the maintenance was poor. We faced multiple issues such as broken bathtubs, faulty sliding doors, water leakage from the air conditioner, an unpleasant odour in one of the bathrooms, uncleaned private pool and electricity problems in one of the villas.

Team support through Telegram and WhatsApp was hassle-free, and we received timely and prompt responses throughout the trip.

Very good Dubai trip. All arrangements was taken care except for dessert safari which we had bad experience. Also Ferrari world should have been visited first and guided properly. Rest all was good

After several options considered Trip advisor for Singapore Tour, found courteous people and pocket friendly. Am a Solo traveller of 65 yrs. From booking itself till arival to India was cared like a Mother taking her small child to school, the very first day. Their Home staff Representative Mr. Ankur & their Singapore counterpart Mr. Natan were with me on 24 x 7 call/ WA msgs. No compromise on anything inspite of low quotation. Stay in 4* hotel right in the Capital of Singapore with access to every tourist spot & Shopping places with a radius of 20>30 mts distance and pick up fro Hotels/ tourist spots by Honda Limousines. There is much to write but would surely recommend anyone to experience this type of Hospitality. Every thing went smooth like butter. Will be considering Trip Advisor for my sole & group tours.

except for the start of the trip, after we landed the co-ordination was messes up. The initial trip to the destination and co-ordination should be smooth. Going to different country does cause anxiety to the guest.
All the other itinerary of the trip was organised well and was smooth.

The Trip Factory provided an unforgettable, two-week custom trip to New Zealand that fit perfectly within our budget. Their staff was incredibly helpful and patient, managing multiple itinerary revisions with outstanding responsiveness and coordination. On the ground, the staff was timely and supportive with daily information. The decent accommodations and seamless service made our entire travel experience truly memorable. We highly recommend them.

The Dubai City Tour and Abu Dhabi trip could have been organized much better. We were not given sufficient time to cover all the planned locations, and at several spots, we were asked to view them only from the vehicle, leaving no chance to take photographs.

The experience in Abu Dhabi was particularly disappointing due to the vehicle provided — the legroom was extremely cramped, and the windows offered poor visibility, making it difficult to see any sightseeing spots. The Dates Market was simply a small stop with only four shops, and it did not feel like a tourist attraction or a proper shopping location.

We were allotted only three hours at Ferrari World, which was insufficient to experience the park. Most of the time, we could only listen to the guide’s narration, as there were hardly any opportunities to get down and explore the attractions ourselves. We could see the Dubai Frame and Museum of the Future only from outside, and it would have been much better if tickets to both these iconic landmarks were included in the itinerary.
