our Andaman trip was successful only because of Trip factory..Planning was done with the help of Trip factory..We are thankful for Andaman bliss group and all the hotel group for their hospitality..

Overall, my trip to Georgia was a great experience. The destination was beautiful, and the itinerary was well-planned. I thoroughly enjoyed the sights, culture, and hospitality.

However, I was quite disappointed with the service provided by the Indiana representative, Mr. Sagar. He was not at all helpful throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there was no response to messages, which made certain parts of the trip stressful and inconvenient. I hope the organizers take note of this and ensure better communication and support in the future.

We recently booked a 1-week family trip to Dubai in April 2025 through Trip Factory, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The package included round-trip flights, 6 nights of hotel stay, and a 6-day tour itinerary that covered all the major attractions and must-visit spots in Dubai.

Right from the beginning, the entire trip was well-planned and extremely well-organized. We were particularly impressed with the daily updates shared on the dedicated Telegram channel, which included pickup and drop timings, important contact details, and the day’s itinerary. This level of communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The local coordinator was also very supportive and responsive whenever needed.

The sightseeing tours were timely, informative, and enjoyable. Every place we visited—from the towering Burj Khalifa to the serene Desert Safari—was thoughtfully arranged and gave us a real taste of Dubai's charm.

The only slight downside was our return flight, which unfortunately did not match the high standards set by the rest of the trip. We feel that an alternate airline or better service provider could have made the return journey more comfortable instead of FlyDubai Airways.

Nevertheless, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from the fact that the rest of the trip was truly memorable. Kudos to Trip Factory for putting together such a seamless and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and look forward to planning our next vacation with them!

Yet another exceptionally well-organized, coordinated, and smoothly executed trip with Trip Factory! Team Sreesha, Sagar, and their manager were incredibly cooperative – always open to customizing the itinerary to suit our needs, while also providing valuable advice where needed.

The bullet train experience, that too multiple rides, made many people envious, and rightly so – it was efficient, comfortable, and an absolute must-do. A special thanks to local partner Erica, who ensured everything was seamless and free of any surprises.

As expected in Japan, room sizes were on the smaller side, but they were spotless, tidy, and very well-maintained. Our journey across Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Miyajima was simply magical.

We were lucky to catch blooming sakura (cherry blossoms) at their best, and nature was certainly on our side throughout.

For future travelers, we highly recommend including a visit to the Himeji Castle, and spending more time at Arashiyama – it truly deserves it.

I travelled to Bali from 20.03.2025 to 25.03.2025 for six days with my family.Being senior citizens we had doubt in our minds how the trip will go.
But it was very well organized trip with great help from Tripfactory team.from day one to day six it was a great experience with the help of our guide Mr Mank who was of great help. Overall trip was good. I got positive response from Ms. Kavyashree. Telegram support was good. Almost everything I have received instant reply. Ground team at the spot was not always good. All the tourist guide was not very professional. Hotel was bad except Cambodia. All the hotels in Vietnam was small as compare to Thailand & Bali. 3 star rated hotels provided us 350 ml water bottle per day. Ho chi minh Hotel even did not clean our room on 2nd day. All the car provided to us of good quality.

The trip was planned in a nice way. Great appreciation to Samudwith and his team for the arrangements and support. Hotel was very clean and was nearby to Indian restaurants. The guide Agata was also helpful and kind. The trip was covered as per the provided itinerary and had great experience. Highly recommendable to others.

Overall, had a memorable trip

It was a wonderful trip and we have thoroughly enjoyed the trip as a family.. Right from Airport pickup, stay and covering activities, it was a well planned end to end itinerary provided to us..! Food was our worry as we have gone with toddler, but there was an Indian restaurants near every hotel booked for us, that made our life easier during the trip...Again kuddos to the entire Trip factory team for making a memorable experience.

The hotels booked for us were not up to the mark, only the hotel for phuket was good.

Telegram channel was really helpful and team has coordinated well.

Over all it was very good, except the hotels we stayed.

We had requested a hotel in Pahalgam, but the one provided was 10 km before the town, which we realized only after returning from the trip. Due to heavy snowfall, we were unable to access the Gondola ride and missed sightseeing in Pahalgam. Brijesh, our trip planner, was extremely helpful in all aspects. However, the hotel on our last day in Srinagar was not up to the mark, and the staff was not very cooperative.

tripFactory is the best Tour operator. Keep going.

As scheduled, we reached dubai on 19th without any problem. Once we reached dubai your agent contacted us immediately and took us to the hotel. He was nice and cordial. Eventhough there was a rush of guests at hotel, we were accomodated. The room is nice and tidy and cleaning it on daily basis.The breakfast was excellent.
At 6.45 , driver zakir shaikh picked us and dropped for the cruise. The cruise was nice. Once it finished, zakir was there at the entrance and dropped us at hotel. He is very supportive.
On 20th,we were picked from the hotel lobby at 9 by ziaulhaq and dropped us at city mall. He is also very nice. Your guide, saurav contacted us immediately and took us to the aquarium and waterfall. He also took us to the surroundings. At 1 pm he took us the burj khalifa entrance . there was a long queue there. Once we come out saurav met us showed the other parts of citymall. He is a wonderful person. Gentle, patient and showed a true guide capabilities.
On 21st, at 2.30 pm Anvar javed picked us for a desert safari. It was a nice experience eventhough the food was not that much enjoyable. Anvar explained us everything. Since some of our members have backpain, he drove very carefully without losing the safari feeling.
On 22nd morning 10 am,Rustam khan came and took us to BAPS temple and ferrari world. He is informative and a careful driver.
On 23rd at at 3.15 we were taken into miracle garden and global village.the journey was in a bus. The guide with us was a lady and she took too much pain to cordinate the passengers. On 25th siraj khan took us for the city tour and to aya universe. He was also informative and cooperative guide. He explained many things on the way. On 26th morning at 8 am Zahid Raza came and dropped Us at airport.

Overall your arrangements were excellent.The only regret we have is that We could not visit the Mosque. Thank you for your nice work.We can't spare out Mr. Vishnu,so a special thanks for him for the wonderful job done by him.
