We have recently completed our Thailand trip with Tripfactory. Right from day 1 of planning Ms.Reena from the TripFactory team was coordinating with us and generously solving all our queries. It was a hassle free experience as their was timely support and communication during all points of the journey.

My review is divided in 2 parts

1) Before Trip Start-- Before the trip started there were lot of hiccups and issues.
a) Hotel booking were done for wrong dates
b) Flight from Krabi to Bangkok was rescheduled by 4 hrs but i was never informed
c) I asked to get the flight cancelled from Krabi to Bangkok due to rescheduling and book another flight with convenient time. But i was staring forward said the flight is non refundable and cannot be cancelled. But when i inquired the Vietjet airline that said as flight is rescheduled it can be cancelled with full refund. It was not my job to get this confirmation from airlines. Even after this i had to struggle a lot to get another flight booked and i lost lot of time and efforts on this
d) One of the hotel had twin bed and breakfast for 2 only booked. Same was informed by me to get it corrected as we were 3 person travelling.

So a lot of improvement area while planning the trip and booking.

2) During the Trip-- The trip started all good and we all were happy the way things went as we hardly faced much issues and we did enjoyed. But few things which can be taken care
a) Car condition should be proper as in one of the car ac was not working
b) Car for airport drop or hotel transfers should be big considering no. of persons and luggage
c) Trip to James bond island, all other tourist had canoe of 30 mins included in there package and we
didn't had. So we had nothing to do during that period and time was lost. This could have been
suggested
d) Transfer to Floating market took 4 hrs, this could have been suggested.

Rest all went good and i didn't had to face problems during the trip. Upper deck in cruise was also good. We had relaxing and fun trip.

Good and nice managed trip for dubai which has arranged by Trip factory. Has included all the things which we have requested to fullfill our dream destination

The team is super friendly, for my trip travel expert Shahanaz helped me to tailor the trip very well and suggested itenary that suited me perfectly and helped to clear out any small doubt or queries that i had, they provide a far better quotation that other travel agency I had a safe and comfortable trip to Singapore and enjoy it a lot. They assisted me very well and helped to get Tourist Visa without any hassle. Will highly recommend it to everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Italy, Swiss & France. All the arrangements were good. Hotels were good and complimentary breakfast and dinner in various Indian Restaurants also good but I felt that Lunch too you would have arranged since we found difficulties in finding a good restaurants for lunch. I was told that many travelling agencies arrange BF, Lunch & dinner on all the days of touring. The ORN bus provided was also in good condition and the driver Mr. Ismail was very friendly and co-operative. Mr. Subodh Takur the tour guide cum manager was excellent person and given his best to the group members. He was not only a guide but also a great entertainer. He is a multi-faceted individual. He has taken all the care to the satisfaction of the the group members. I wish to have one more tour of Europe in near future.

Our trip to Bangkok and Pattaya was outstanding, and the credit goes to Ms. Kriti Rai of TripFactory. I recently completed an eight-night Rajasthan trip organized through TripFactory, with the local agency Om Systems managing on-the-ground arrangements. Mr. Veeresh Matapati from Om Systems took meticulous care of every aspect of our travel.

Our recent trip to Vietnam was a mixed bag. While the overall arrangements were done perfectly and we didn't encounter any major issues, there were some significant drawbacks that affected our experience.

*Hotel Accommodations:*

- *Da Nang:* The hotel options provided were located far from the city, making it difficult to access the main attractions. This was a major inconvenience.
- *Ho Chi Minh City:* The hotel was not worth staying in. The rooms were compact and conjuncted , and the single bathroom was not up to par.

*Guided Tours:*

- *Da Nang Guide:* Unfortunately, our guide did not provide adequate explanations about the locations we visited. This detracted from our overall experience.

*Overall Experience:*

While the trip had its highlights, the issues with hotel accommodations and the guide's performance brought down our overall experience. With some improvements in these areas, this trip could have been truly memorable.

*Recommendation:*

We would recommend reviewing the hotel options and guide services to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future travelers.

Entire tour program went very well. Right from boarding point till return air travel was very comfortable(thanks to Air India). Enjoyed the stay in star hotels and food provided mostly in Indian Restaurants was relishable. Tour guides/drivers were very punctual, friendly and helpful. Vehicles provided for local sightseeing were mostly of luxury one, made very comfortable journey. Tour cordinator's immediate attention and resolving any issues is very much appreciated. This is the second time I am traveling in tour package conducted by Trip Factory and would prefer them for the future holiday trip if any.

It's was fantastic and very well planned and organised trip by trip factory. Mr. Nalendu was really very helpful in guiding us during the booking time, follow up and also during the tour.
There was not even a single moment where we had to wait. All the hotels were really very great for the amount we pay. Food in those hotels were delicious and enjoyable.
Sightseeing planning very well planned and organised.

I recently booked a trip to Bali with Trip Factory and was very pleased with the experience. The trip was smooth, and the live support was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to make last-minute changes to our itinerary. Our travel expert, Ms. Shaistha, was a great partner in planning; she listened patiently to my requests and was very involved in crafting the perfect trip.

I'm rating Trip Factory four stars because I believe there's always room for improvement. I'd suggest focusing on two key areas. First, it would be beneficial to guide travelers on alternative options beyond the standard itinerary. Second, it's important to include common complimentary offers often available in places like Bali, as these were noticeably missing from our package.

It was a wonderful experience travelling with trip factory. I would like to share my feedback with you..


*Hotels*

Hotel TSG at havelock was the best experience. Every staff was so so helpful, so cordial, so kind and so caring.. We were just overwhelmed.. They always went an extra mile for our infant with whatever we needed. I had never experienced such staff behaviour at any hotel till now. I am really really thankful to team tripfactory for arranging our stay with TSG.

But we were equally disappointed with symphony summer sands at neil island. Neither the room quality, nor the amenities, nor the overall ambience and nor the staff behaviour were like a 5 star hotel. I would rather rate it a 2 star or 3 star one. Once i had to call the reception thrice for drinking water.. Such was their response.. One more thing.. at night, i had closed all the doors and windows before going to bed.. But at midnight i found 3-4 honey bees roaming inside the room. It meant that either they had made their nest somewhere inside the room or there was some hole or opening in the walls or windows.. I was really scared for my infant baby. I would suggest team tripfactory to not arrange your guests stay there in future for your own reputation.

Bell elite in port blair was the best in room quality and amenities. A perfect 3star hotel i must say. But still i would rate TSG higher due to the staff behaviour.

*Transfers*

Everything was smoothly coordinated. Team andaman bliss was very cordial and made us feel at home. Sparing one or two, every car they provided were very good in quality. The drivers were always in time. Absolutely no issue with the transfers. I was always briefed with my day plans. I am really glad that team tripfactory had coordinated my transfers with team andaman bliss.

*Support*

The telegram group was very helpful and had proactively responded to my queries. My dayplans were very systematically communicated to me always. I would once again like to thank team tripfactory for the wonderful memories you guys made for us. God bless you all.
