I recently used Trip Factory to plan a holiday to Singapore and Malaysia with my family, including our toddler, and I must say, the experience was exceptional.

From the very beginning, Ananya, our travel consultant, was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. Planning a trip with a toddler can be challenging, but Ananya made it seamless. She carefully listened to our requirements and preferences and then curated an itinerary that was not only comprehensive but also child-friendly, ensuring that we could enjoy our vacation without any worries.

I have recently planned my trip to Bangkok along with my friends with the help of tripfactory organization. It is overall very nice experience. Rudrappa was very transparent and informative while planning our trip.
Whole staff was very corporative and supportive during our whole trip. All activities were well communicated and planned on time as per schedule.
Only one feedback, I would like to mention that during our transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok, It would have been planned bit better because we had very hectic day since on the same day, we had city tour of bangkok along with transfer from pattaya and evening diner cruise was booked immediately after we arrived to hotel. It would be nice if dinner cruise could be booked bit late.

We abosolutely loved it. Trip Factory and Miss Aisharya D you are Awesome. We are very happy and satisfied with the deal we got. We are 2 girls and were very apprehensively initially about on the safety issues. But Miss Aishwarya [Trip factory associate] not only cleared all our doubts and gave the bestest of accomodations, and we cant thank enough for her timely support in every step we took. In Bhutan we got Karma Zangmo as our guide [girl] and Sangay Dorji as our driver. They both were equally considerate, sympathetic and very kind. They took to all the places which we wanted to see and even extended their support for 2hours [9 to5 but extended till 7pm on couple of days] when we wanted to do the shopping.

I want to mention, one incident and how Trip Factory Bangalore team handled - We had issue of transfer from Bagdogra to Bhutan as the driver Paramesan was very talking to us in-approritate way. And as girls we felt very insure. We told the concern to our Trip factory Bangalore Agent Aishwarya. I cant thank enough how she handled the situation and made us feel safe, heard our concerns and got the replacement while transferring back from Bhutan to Bagdogra with Mr.Kumar dirver, he was very good and made us feel safe. So we cant explain our words how thankful we are for choosing Trip Factory for taking care of us and ensure our safety and security as their top priority.

Regarding Bhutan stays and visits. We are more than pleased. We did enjoy our trip and we admire the Guide Karma Zangmo and Driver Sangmay Dorji for their hospitality. We visitied almost all the places mentioned in the itinerary, We got bestest of the hotels to stay. Hotel Palm, Hotel Drahla and Hotel Udumvara resort. All hotels stays were really good and worth every penny we spent.

I did go with Trip Factory before 4years for my Bali vacations and it was great too. But I was skeptical whether the same treatment we can expect after 4years. Yes indeed, I can vouch anyday for the Trip Factory Bangalore team whole heartedly truly for their dedication and support. Aishwarya who did great job not only conducting the tour. But most importantly chasing the ground team [which was super slow and not responding on time] to get the women safety into her hands. Trip Factory team should be really proud of having Aishwarya D as their representative.

Suggestions:
a) Every hotel must include dinner as well for the tourists, it would really helpful as Bhutan is very expensive place. We did get complimantry dinner in Hotel Drahla and Hotel Udumvara but if Hotel Palm also had it included then it would have been really helpful.

b) Each temple visit had 500rs to 1000rs as entry fee, few temples can be dropped for visits as most of them look alike.

c) Addtional suggestion - Phuntsholing - Tshela handicraft and arts - in Phuentsholing [for gifts for family and friends], and Yoshel handicraft - in Paro can be suggested to customers who want to do the shopping at the right price as most of the other shops quote higher price and these are two geniune finds. They also accept Google Pay so it is really worth visiting them. [Note: most of the ATM wont accept the Indian cards so cash carrying becomes little difficult, but yes forigen currency exchange places are the alternates].

Overall the food, stay, transfers were worth every penny we spent and we had a beautiful, joyful and great experiene. Thank you Trip Factory team for getting our Bhutan memories amazingly beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of going on a trip to Turkey organized by Trip Factory, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish the experience has exceeded our expectations.

Thanks to the meticulous planning and exceptional support we received. Raksha did a phenomenal job designing an itinerary that was both diverse and immersive, capturing the essence of Turkey perfectly. Great co ordination by Shahanaz who helped to narrow down places to to see and which day to see what. she was ver helpful in all my doubts and plan the trip in away i wanted. the tickets and vouchers all were done perfectly so i was at ease .

I also take time to tell my personal application to Nathan who was responsible for cabs and my transfer from the day i landed till he day i left extreme care was given to make sure i have right time pick up drop off as per my time and convenience so once again i want thank his service made this trip great.

I had a wonderful travel experience. Manish Singh from Trip Factory helped me with all the bookings and coordination. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. The Outrigger Beach Resort is by far the best beach resort I have been to. The rooms were very spacious with a huge bath tub. The food was great and the staff was very helpful. At Mauritius our tour and activities were handled by Cobico. Darshini and other Cobico members were very prompt and accomodate all our requests. The pick-up drop arrangements and drivers were extremely well organized. Overall this was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Trip Factory as the best travel agency.

I would say a very memorable and budget friendly Bali trip with Tripfactory! Each day went as per the itinerary. There were no hidden charges other than what is mentioned in the itinerary. Special thanks to Mr. Samudwith who guided us before and throughout the journey. He explained everything in detail which pushed us to book through Tripfactory. He's truly a Bali expert!

Few minor things that can be improved :
1. Paon desa Ubud hotel should improve on their breakfast menu. Extremely limited options for vegetarians. Also the hotel is bit far and remote. So getting food delivery or cab is not easy.
2. At Aloha Swing, rental dress and photos are expensive. It is better to mention this in the itinerary so that people don't complain later.
3. At Lahangan Sweet, jeep charges cost 50k IDR per person. Better to mention this in the itinerary.
4. For sea bed walker, is there an option to book photos and videos as well as part of package? I felt it is expensive when we enquired there. (5 lac IDR)
