Hello,
I recently travelled to Thailand with trip factory. I would like to say that it was a very well planned trip. Their executive Chaitra did a wonderful job by curating the trip according to our preferences and customised it wonderfully. She was ready to answer any question without hesitation. We booked a 3* hotel in Pattaya named Bella Express (go for 4* and above if you are with family) and IBIS in Bangkok (which was good for the price).
Everyday the driver arrived on time and we had no issues. The drivers do not understand our language, but you can coordinate with the telegram group created for our help. They even helped me find good vegetarian restaurants in Pattaya and Bangkok. They took care of everything including flight booking, hotel booking and transfers. Special thanks to Chaitra for helping me with queries like sim, currency conversions etc etc.
Looking forward to travelling with you guys again.
