Overall trip experience with trip factory was found good, except some glitches with their telegram support. Planning by Mr. Santhosh was great and he executed everything he promised. Only problem during the trip was their telegram support which can be improved in the future by including an option to call any concerned people during the trip. In their telegram support we can only chat with the representative people you can’t talk with them. It’s sometime getting difficult to make people understand over texts. Apart from this everything was fine.
