All things r perfect accept transfer cab if we want extra ( other than package)they demand very high prices

My trip to Singapore was amazing.I really enjoyed each day of my trip. When it comes to scheduling the sightseeings I must say Trip Factory guys did a fantastic job by arranging everything smoothly.The support team always helpful whenever you have some doubt. Even if you stuck with something and you don’t know how to deal with that and you ask in the group people are always available to help.Looking forward for more amazing trips with Trip Factory in future.

1) The timely information on alternative arrangements for the last minute flight reschedule/cancellation is not provided by your travel desk, causing worry to passengers, especially at odd hours of night. The passenger is required to follow up with your desk, although support was given subsequently.
2) The layover duration between domestic and international flight & vice versa is to be increased. The short duration causes unwanted rushing/panic due to long queues at the airport for immigration, baggage collection, transfer etc.
3) Tour manager, Rameshwari Nikharge, was full of energy and enthusiastic.

I recently went on a Europe tour with Tripfactory and overall, the trip was satisfactory, with memorable experiences.

The main issue we encountered was the location of the hotels, which were quite far from the main city & attractions. This made commuting a bit time-consuming and inconvenient. Additionally, the itinerary included an unnecessary travel day from Switzerland to Frankfurt, which could have been avoided by planning the trip to end in Switzerland instead.

Despite these minor concerns, I want to highlight the exceptional support provided by our destination expert, Nagakrishna. He was instrumental in selecting the right package, guiding us through the visa process, and helping plan the extended part of my Europe stay. His dedication and expertise ensured that we had a memorable experience.

Nagakrishna was always available to assist with any questions or issues, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. His efforts significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

While there is room for improvement in hotel locations , hotels and itinerary planning, the excellent service from Nagakrishna and the overall experience make Tripfactory a tour operator worth considering. With a few tweaks, they can offer an even better travel experience.

Great experience with trip Factory. Martin gave us a great trip experience. He guided us and gave all details regarding the trip. Overall enjoyed the trip

Despite of some confusions at the beginning, things were sorted out after intervention by Mr Shasank just before trip. Later on, through out the trip the experience was better except following occasions:

1. Foods served in flight were Indian Vegetarian although we like to have non veg food
2. The Radisson hotel at Jurich was pretty bad as the bed was very small in size to accommodate two persons and there were no room services available.

The final itinerary was provided at the last minute after lot of request.

WONDERFUL ANDAMAN EXPERIENCE WITH TRIP FACTORY

Overall trip was planned well, but no time to breath, too many sightseeing, it could have been planned based on one area without much travel, most of the time went on travelling only for us.

Kuta hotel feedback
1. Hotel located in good place.
2. Hotel rooms and areas was good.
Cons:
No windows and balcony inside hotel duplex room and even bathroom no ventilation.

We also faced chain snatcher was trying to snatch my wife chain on second day near AlfaMart signal.

Kori - Maharani Villa Feedback.
1. bed was not cleaned,
2. swimming pool - no hot water, full cold, its looks scary for kids it was located straight next to main door.
3. Too many scary spiders inside bedrooms curtains
4. Bathroom dub hand shower not working, no
5. Breakfast was not good at all, not even warm and limited items and not good taste wise.

Overall transfer was good, but I felt that transfer to Kori - Maharani Villa was bad choice because the villa was very big for 4 people, no doors for bathrooms even for toilets. Its open bathroom, I knew open kitchen, but first time I saw open bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom.

The travel was good and a nice experience. Only thing is like it's monsoon now in kerela so most of the adventure activities was closed in beach and even not allowed to stand in beach. If this has been informed earlier it will be helpful for us to plan accordingly to reduce a day in the travel. Otherwise the experience was good.

Kuta hotel was excellent only deposit fee one should be aware of before booking , infront of kuta beach and market area lot of things were accessable.
Ubud private villa was great value for money but pool was not clean and their common swimming pool was not maintained properly plus limited breakfast options and services were slow whenever something is requested.
