We had requested a hotel in Pahalgam, but the one provided was 10 km before the town, which we realized only after returning from the trip. Due to heavy snowfall, we were unable to access the Gondola ride and missed sightseeing in Pahalgam. Brijesh, our trip planner, was extremely helpful in all aspects. However, the hotel on our last day in Srinagar was not up to the mark, and the staff was not very cooperative.
