overall it was good. stay, transport was well organised. Co ordinators were helpfull. Taxi pick up was extra ordinary, but dangerous driving also. some occasions it was very fearful.

Very good package with luxurious hotel except at Vanadurga in Katra. Ground team is very much responsive & supported throughout the trip. Driver was not fully cooperative.Any way the trip was fabulous & we really enjoyed the scenic beauty of Kashmir. It’s heaven on the earth in India.

Everything was perfect. Only tip is to not advice family with infants to go to Dhow cruise as it was too loud for the baby and they did not lower the volume even upon request. So kindly suggest some other place for family travelling with infants in the future

Trip went very well.

We had a great experience with Trip Factory. Everything was well organised, from the first phone call to being dropped off at the airport at the end. Staff members were also available during our trip to answer questions that came up. The only complaint is that when we were refining the plan for the trip, it felt that the Advisor did not always listen to our requests or directly answer all of our questions, which was a bit frustrating. However, everything in India went very well, so on the whole I would definitely recommend this company if you want a seamless trip!

Hi, overall I am happy with the trip. The driver and vehicle were good. He took me to all the planned spots. Came on time to the hotels. The tickets for all the planned sightseeing were arranged. The Telegram assistance channel was useful. And the pricing for the package was good.

On the other side, some areas of improvement:

a) There were a couple of instances of confusion on what I had discussed with TF Bangalore and what the Bali team knew - this should have been avoided.

b) I was told while making the booking that the driver would also be as tour guide - this wasn't the case. The driver only took me to the spots, did not explain anything

c) Nusa Penida trip could have been more relaxing

d) Driver should avoid using his phone while driving

Overall we had a great experience in Bali.. all 4 days.

It was a good stay at Eden Hotel. Though the location is center of Kuta which is near to airport, but if you had to visit most places around Bali, you need to travel long distance.
Breakfast was average, all days same menu - this can be improved.
Hotel staff were good and helpful.

I would definately recommend Trip factory except for the visa providing team . I had anxiety and uncertainty even a day before flying due to glitches on their part and no senior coming into picture till I actually asked .

This is my 2nd trip with them First one for singapore also was planned and executed well by Mr Nalendu and trip factory team.

This is our second trip with Tripfactory.The first one was Europe and the recent one was Dubai.

Planning of trip ensured catering for guest requirements with Excellent arrangements...most importantly monitored schedule wise by top echelons....well done Team Tripfactory

I have given a star less as in the initial two days there was a lot of confusion wrt pickup and drop and we spent a lot of time getting stressed about that as cars were being assigned wrongly, Wait time was more etc.
But after that everything was smooth.
Also hotel legoland was just awesome in would give it 5 stars for room, cleanliness, food, experience.

But hotel boss was just 3star. The room was super cramped and it was difficult to navigate in the room with three bags and three people especially when one was a child.
We didn't even have proper place to sit and have meals. So that was a bad experience. Also basic napkins were not there, leaky bathroom. Nothing related to tripfactory but the hotel selection was not great is what I want to stress on. We would have preferred a better room or another choice of hotel.

Also one suggestion is that to give a one point of contact once trip starts as we only had number of pratyush and he was not available. So it took us time to get responses.
Later your team darshan abbas were very helpful but it would be preferred to have a SPOC in the beginning.

So thank you for the experience and looking forward for our next trip..btw this was our second trip.:)
