It was a nice experience

Hi Sagar, we are now back in Toronto. Thank you for all your help relating to our trip. Although there were some hiccups with hotels, the tour guide and cab drivers were excellent.
In terms of the hotels, the one in delhi was ok. The Agra hotel was a disaster 😫 ( as indicated to you previously). Can you confirm that it's a subsidiary of the Taj group as to us it was a horrible experience, the room was horrible, the bathroom was unclean. Definitely not worth my money and please don't classify it as a 4 star as it's not even worth a 2 star.
Hotel in jaipur was ok. The driver in delhi, agra, and Jaipur was excellent. The tour guide in delhi was great so also with the one in agra and Jaipur.
In cochin, the driver was great too. The hotel was nice too but not to our international 4 Star. But ok.
Our trip around cochin was great and we did have a great seafood experience. The driver was knowledgeable on whete to take us. A good experience.
Our trip to thekaddy was the highlight. A good experience. The hotel you put us in was fabulous. The family loved it.
The boat tour was a good experience but I wasn't aware that the boat docks all night. That was a waste of time. I should have requested for a private boat for just 4 of us. The fish purchase experience was great and the cooks did a good job with the cooking of the fish. It was delicious. The candle light dinner on tbe boat was the cream of the cake. The rooms on the boat weren't to our satisfaction. Tbe beds were hard and too low and bathrooms were not to our standards. My whole family is disappointed with that.
Again the hotel in goa was a disaster for my son and his fiancée. A horrible experience. They did not like the room abd had yo request to change the room. The cleanliness was not to our standards at all. In all it was a horrible experience.
The above is our feedback for your consideration and for future planning for your guests. I hope this helps.
One thing to consider for us traveling from n.america is to ask the question about hotel cleanliness and the chain of hotels. The 4 star hotels in India classified by you are not even a 2 star here, they are motels.
The money we spent for the hotels in agra and goa is not worth it at all. Perhaps we should get some refund based on our extremely bad experience. Please speak to.your superior/boss and let me know the outcome.

The cab driver Vinod bhai was on time at airport for pick up. He was very helpful. The diving was safe and he took us to all the points that were listed..

Like tour details, Tickets for sight seeing, pick up etc. But no information was given. Only one information was given Driver pickup from airport and Driver drop from airport

Well planned trip with a good itinerary in Bali for 6 N and 7 D. Trip Expert Mr. Suman was very helpful and guided us from beginning to end. The Telegram support Group was very helpful throughout and this was our 5th Trip and 3rd International trip with Tripfactory. We always have memorable experience.

This is my third trip with the company and it does not disappoint. The planning is superb and the assisstance on the trip and before it really make it a worth while experience. Samudhwith was able to help with a lot of items on the itinerary and also provide certain tips that helped us enjoy the trip better. Only one feedback for a better experience is that on day 3, while going to the gates of heaven temple and back, we faced a lot of traffic and the almost wasted half a day on the road. It would be better if we lived somewhere near the harbour as we had to agaim leave very early in the morning to catch a speed boat to Gili. Since we had made a change in the itinerary, it could have been pointed out that the same old hotel might not be the best option for a stopover. Other than that the trip was handled perfectly.

Hanoi sky hotel is bad, tour vehicle in Hanoi is very congested.
Hotel for lunch - in Hanoi there are many indian and other restaurants. They could have taken Indians to Indian restaurant, instead of a Vietnamese hotel.
We were recommended to have roaming faculty on sim from here, but actually buying SIM is much cheaper in vietnam and combodia.
It is better to provide names of Indian hotels near to hotels booked by you.

We had booked our first international trip with trip factory. Before the trip we were little nervous on the arrangements and everything but after the trip I can easily say it was very well managed trip. Everything was best quality: plan, transport, activities etc. only thing in the hotel it was little challenging to find vegetarian food but that is known fact in any outside country . Thanks a lot to trip factory team for managing our trip quite well and adding all the activities which we wished to cover.

This was our 2nd international trip through trip factory. Overall the trip was good except few points which could have been taken care to given better trip experience.
