Overall trip was excellent. Good cabin operators, best hotel accommodations and excellent time management. The trip factory communication team was responding immediately for all messages. Trip planned and executed without any hurdles. Thanks to the team's especially to Mr. Roshan for prompt and positive support. If atleast an half day tour arranged at Bangkok it will be more enjoyable. Try to include something in future travel plan.

The trip was amazing and Trip Factory has provided a premium experience throughout the trip. Special mention to Mohith KV who was very helpful, supportive, answered all the queries in a timely manner. He accepted all the suggestions given by us and was flexible in creating the itinerary. Overall, the itinerary was perfect, the management was great and I am going to recommend Trip Factory and Mohith to all my friends and relatives.

This was an awesome trip and the guides arranged at every city of Vietnam were too good.

1. The best part of the tour is transfers. Drivers are very punctual and nice.
2. The hotel given is not of 4 star category and looks cheapest in Dubai.Expected like ibis or ramada .
3. The vehicle for desert safari is very bad as we were given the last row seats and it’s cramped and no leg space.
4. Overall the coordination and trip arrangements are excellent.

Madam/Sir,

I had travelled alone with a lot of fear for the above trip to Vietnam from 12 to 19 November 2024. Probably no member from Mumbai. But would like to appreciate the overall arrangements made by Trip Factory (stay/fooding/touring) was very good. My travel expert had really taken pains to see that I am comfortable everywhere. He regularly sent messages about what next. But still I would like to give suggestions which is given below:
1 When a person is travelling alone/or in group, before 1 day the complete schedule of the tour including the driver contact no. the hotel name and address, tour guide name and contact no. should be sent either by whatsapp which is more acceptable than telegram.
2 Cruise transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay - the shuttle bus to the cruise - information should be given about both to and fro which was not given.
3 Shopping should not be covered as people don't adhere to time factor. - shopping can be kept on the last day of leaving.
4 Sight seeing places were not covered Hoi Ann Ancient tour was not covered. Only shopping was covered.

Would like make a mention of a few names who really were very good. Mr. Vignesh Poojari, my Travel Expert, Ms. Rachael, All drivers from day 1 to day last and Tour guide Ho Chi Minh, Mr. Anthony Khoa Nguyen - Cu Chi Tour very sweet guy. Would like to speak about Mr. Anthony Nguyen, Tour guide. He was an excellent tour guide in Ho Chi Minh City. He brought the best positive energy with all his passion, love and patriotic. He showed us the best place with the best price for shopping. Could know a lot about this city. I will be back to Ho Chi Minh for sure but you must let Anthony go with me.

Worth the money and timely help without much hassle.. basically stress free international trips .. this was my second trip with them and will continue to travel with trip factory

Everything was good. Only some small issues in phuket hotel.

It was perfect tour planned for us. We had a great time at Thailand....Almost all the time Drivers picked us on time....one or two time it got delayed...that I can understand bcoz of traffic...
Food was taken care....never had a problem.

I had booked a 6-day trip to Phuket, Krabi, and Bangkok with TripFactory, but due to my daughter’s exams, I had to reduce it by a day. The team arranged everything seamlessly within my budget. The hotel choices were excellent (especially as I’m vegetarian), and all pick-ups and drops were managed with clean, comfortable cars and punctual, polite staff. I would like to give 0 (zero ) rating for the last hotel hotel drift wood it's very dirty and bathrooms are smell like hell overall no hot water facility properly please don't suggest. To anyone

Regarding The trip. Everything was fine.
Mr. Mohan was excellent from the day one I contacted him regarding my Trip plans to Japan. He was in consent touch with me when I was in the trip also.
The only problem what I faced from your team. Mr. Mohan informed me that regarding the trip in Japan team will keep updating in Telegram. But there was no updates. On 24th my whole day programm was wasted. Nobody contacted me in Telegram. When I contacted Mr. Mohan he was surprised. Immediately he made arrangements on that programme on 29th.Hats off to Mr. Mohan.

Egypt Trip was just amazing and mesmerizing. The tour was handled properly. All visits were good and private transfer was good daily. Henes our guide did wonderfully well in ensuring all details, history and sights.
Only con was the visa problem which was dragged forever and at one time the team also didn't knew about it's status after so many reminders through messages/ calls and mails. And the help was given for baggage collection at airport which was arrived through next flight but was charging too much for it. It should have been handled better
Overall no issues with the trip some other side issues which we faced in visa and baggage. So in that improvement is needed but still I will plan trip with trip factory in future as discussed with sagar hopefully minor issues like these can be taken care better

Shananaz was good. She guided very well. On ground support team Mr.Nathan was very supportive.. Especially the driver Mr.Luqman guided us very well and he was too good.
