Pre Trip:
The booking and helpful session from Deepthi was excellent. She was on top of our needs and was very patient with our requests. Very knowledgeable and empathetic person.
During the Trip:
- The driver (from NKAR, Mr.Nimal) and Van provided were excellent.
- The hotel accomodation at Tissa - Ekho Safari was very good.
- Hotel accomodations at Hikkaduwa - Citrus (very very crowded) and Morven, Colombo were very average for 4 start rated accomodations. We could have been given better accomodations I felt.
