Trip factory remains my go to travel agent for all my holidays during the past few years. Sanchita has been of huge help. The recent trip that I had with my family to Gangtok and Darjeeling wouldn't have been so smooth without the meticulous planning and support by the Trip Factory team - both the sales, the execution, and the support team. My only wish is that - the team needs to be a bit more proactive to understand the customer needs and suggest the overall plans - rather than trying to come with an "optimal" plans. And provide suggestions to the place that we will be visiting. If a place isn't all that great - please suggest, so that we can change our mind and focus on something else. For example: Gangtok is an awesome place to visit with your family, however Darjeeling isn't up to the standard that one would expect to be. The hotel that we stayed at Gangtok isn't up to the standard either, though the city is just absolutely amazing!

So - these are the takeaways and suggestions to TripFactory consultants. Do understand what the customer wants, and demonstrate your experience and insight on the place.

Having said that, it's always a pleasurable experience with Trip Factory. Way to go! And thanks Sanchita for all the help!

Overall it is nice experience. I specially thanks to Sonu from Tripfactory to coordinating the travel very well.
Regarding resorts, it is a nice resort to plan your vacation, nice and spacious rooms and good locations. However i will like to comment on food, it is more or less similar items in all days, variations we didn't find it much.

It was very well planned and explained by Mr. Ankur Dwivedi. He has planned it according to our needs and managed to work out with in the budget I have given to him.
In low budget he has given us all the activities and nice hotel.

It was a good experience. Our trip was beautifully organised by the trip factory executive. For this thanks to her. We didn't face any problems during this Covid situation also. Executives are very helpful, but I have a little suggestion for trip factory .actually our driver didn't know all the view points properly for all the places.so if trip factory can provide an experienced driver it will be very helpful for us. Otherwise it was a very good experience for us for the first time. Thank you

The trip was organised properly. Drivers were polite and helpful and the vehicles were maintained well.
We couldn’t visit a few places because of the weather conditions. That apart the trip was an memorable one.

Nice and faboulus

It was pleasant and peacefull. Trip coordinator Jyothi planned a very good trip. Total Trip was very comfortable and refreshing.

It was a great Trip to Maldives and especially our stay in Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa. All credit goes to Trip factory and my Trip Advisor Vanita MM. Vanita has helped me in choosing one of the Best resorts in Maldives for our Trip experience. The itinerary was good and well prepared for us. She is very Prompt and provided all the information needed for all my questions. The resort was good and amenities were good. Hospitality was great. Food has been a really great especially for vegetarian like us.
Its was a great time we had and memorable one and all credit goes to Trip Factory and our Trip Advisor Vanita for giving us a great Trip package.

Transfer from Airport-Hotels, Hotels-Airport were comfortable and with experienced driver

Room alloted was good
Housekeeping was good
Restaurant order was excellent

Problems in hotels:
Room was alloted on 2nd floor (Room No. 311) and no lift in that building.

Room were alloted to male group in attach rooms most of days.
But we adjusted as we don't want to create any issue.
Trip factory groups and members were very supportive

The planning was perfect! all the arriangemants was good. right from the pickup from airport till the drop back to aiport everything is lanned perfectly.
if you booka trip from trip factory then no need to worry about the arriangements.

only small Tip to travellers > dot listen to the Driver and pay for gamepackages at Manali, they will loot you 5000 fro 3 games which will cost you 1K . this has nothing to do with Trip factory , but the local drivers and Himachal tourism try to suck money out of tourists 1 Star for Himachal tourism and government for not maintaining Kurfi and not having any contol of the shops and vendors.

Trip factory service best, hotel service good, but our booking for Neil island to portblair is mccruise, but you given us Ocean cruise, it taken time 6 hours, so, we r missed portblair places, Andaman nicobar nice place, enjoyeble, natural, I also want again visit this place with trip factory,
