Trip Factory organization was good but there are few thing they didn't tell me about the return back filling form which i am quite disappointed. But overall its was really good!!

Thanks to TripFactory team for this trip a wonderful experience. The pickup from Airport to resort and back from resort to Airport was on time.

Please sort out the outstanding issue of refund to my account of sightseeing trips cancelled at your end. I request that an amount of Rs 6800 be refunded ( leaving a balance of Rs2535 to cover the cost of pick up from airport and drop at Country Club de Goa on 6 Sept , and pick up from Marriott Resorts , Miramar and drop at Karmali station on 10 Sept ) . I may mention that the drop on departure date from hotel to railway station was shorter at only 15 kms .
Request an early action to enable me to continue my relationship with Trip Factory in future for similar holiday packages.

I heard about the Trip factory from my friend. I spoke with the Vanitha who has continuously kept assisting me all over the trip plans. Since it's my honeymoon trip, I was so cautious and Vanitha helped me to male this trip best.

The agent Nishant was good, he did a lot of research for our Maldives trip.
The trip was good, resort he suggested was good too.
We had this trip in April 2021 so there were some covid rules as well to travel to maldives, the team called us and informed everything. They also created a telegram group for support during our trip so that if In case we have any issue we can speak to them on that group.
