Excellent trip. All the hotels I stayed in Srinagar, Gulmarg and are the best one. Mughal Sheraton boat is above my expecting. The driver Mr Tufail is excellent and always helpful through out my trip. All the credit goes to Mr Sonu Kumar. I strongly recommend for booking any Tour package through Trip factory. Their staff attended my issues immediately and resolved. It is a great organization. For the lost 20 years I am travelling through various tour operators but trip factory is the best one. Over all Mr Sonu Kumar is excellent organizer and I am givingfull credit to him. Further the Trip Factory has given refund to me where the places has been cancelled due bad weather. The are very honest and sincer towards tourist. Over all they provided service above my expecting. Thanks to Mr Sonu Kumars and trip factory staff.

Being a regular customer of Trip Factory, I always had a good experience with them. During the second week of April 2022, I planned a visit to Kashmir. Ms Bhagya Jyothi, my trip advisor was very helpful and she sent me the programme well in advance and advised me to select the places. The arrangements made throughout the trip was well organized and the hotels and the vehicle provided were great. The experience at Pahalgam and Gulmarg was great and the hospitality provided at the resort/hotel were also excellent. The hotel at Srinagar was good but the amenities provided was not up to the standard. I would like to thank Ms. Bhagya Jyothi for all the help provided for making my trip a success. I look forward to utilize the services of trip factory for my future tours.

I recently booked a kashmir 6D 5N trip with Trip factory. The entire trip was executed in an excellent manner. Initially i was a bit skeptic about taking the trip, but after talking to Mr. Dipan, my trip coordinator, I was a assured and went ahead with the same. Entire trip including hotel stays, pick ups, transports , itinerary ,etc was planned as per my wish and everything was executed with great ease. Trip factory makes a grievance/ 24*7 helpline group as well before commencement of the trip and their reply on the same is very prompt. Overall I was found it to be a very satisfactory experience. Would recommend it to all my colleagues and friends.

My family trip to Andaman went smoothly thanks to TripFactory. Their tie up with a very good local travel partners ensured that the transfer from one place to another place and excursions were handled with very good care .Also the selected resorts were good like Silver Sand Beach resort at Havelock,Symphony Summer Sands at Neil and the best of all was Symphony Samudra Beachside Jungle resort.

On improvement side,Trip factory can give more detailed information on what to expect at every excursion so that the guest is well informed.

Overall thanks a lot to the team TripFactory for a good trip.

Everything was well organized and trip was as smooth as it can be. Somewhere bit disappointed with the Royal Park hotel( gulmarg) due to its location which is quite far away from destination (Gondola). Driver was co-operative.
