Arrangements of trip was so well.... we really liked it.. hope to have another one soon.

The transfers were very comfortable, the room at calungate was good but the room at Anjuna beach was not up to the mark, it was very tiny room , the bed was not proper, there was no space for movement

The trip was very professionally managed, from stay to transfers all were aligned perfectly by POC.

We four ladies took package for Dubai. Overall very well handled by the agent in India,name Dipan. All arrangements were perfect except the goofed of taxi driver once. . Advice a person who have traveled to Dubai, must make the itinerary. Thanks.

My trip was awesome and unforgettable trip, everything is awesome right from the pickup to drop. The tour guide was super friendly and he guided us like a family member and give us a good memories and I'm lucky that he is a good photographer too hahah.. And coming to the hotels I have never expected tripfactory.com will provide me top class hotels in each place. The food and the ambiance and the service nd hospitality was too much good. And mostly the package was so reasonable. Thanks to Ms surbhi who made our package in reasonable price, thanks tripfactory.com team and backend team who always supported us 24x7. This is the second time I have used your services. I must say we were delighted with the service you provided. We had wonderful time at every destination this time & the hotels chose. The only point which I would highlight here is instead of booking a stay at Udaipur for 2 nights, one night booking at Kumbhalgarh or nearby & 1 night in Udaipur would have been better as we were travelling from Jaisalmer to Udaipur & Kumbhalgarh was on the way. This would have saved our travel time & also last 2 days hectic journey would have been peaceful. By booking stay in Udaipur we had to travel 200Km [To & fro] very next day to visit Kumbhalgarh fort. Apart from this we were happy with all other things

Before starting our trip the main concern we had was driver. And the driver [Indra Kumar] that u provided was excellent and drove safely and gently. He was very helpful.
