Great trip, everything went well

First of all, thanks to tripfactory the travel arrangement were awesome I really appreciate it was up to the mark.The hotel location and choose was really good(except hotel Marina Mahal in Jaisalmer it is below std hotel food is very bad). Apart from that hotel rooms, accommodation and welcome amenities at the hotel was really good.Really it was pleasure trip

We had a great time thanks to trip factory.
whatever was decided in itinerary, trip factory has delivered every thing. the ground staff looks always busy so we need to contact ground coordinator almost all the time for pickup and drop. Navin, david, pravin. shakti all were professional and nice to us.
also joining in telegram group was effective, where one can share any concern to trip factory's team.

It was amazing experience. Since everything is booked by the tour coordinator in advance, we enjoyed our time rather than spending it in queue and booking cabs. Everything was smooth. Without any doubt, I would always prefer trip factory.

Faced one problem in this trip regarding food.Food was not good on that island and the services offered by island not good.Our room is about near about half km and no beverages or food serve to the room and we have all inclusive package resort gave only drinks and peanuts except of lunch breakfast dinner.
But yes place is very beautiful, neat and clean we enjoyed lot other than food part.

Priyanka was our agent. Thanks to tripfactory we were able to book cheaper flights that saved us about 20,000. Priyanka suggested the right resort and was quick.

This trip of mine was a total roller coaster. Apart from my flight back to India, everything was changed to some other option, due to many reasons that were not in our control.
But, tripfactory and team, special mentions to Mrs. Seema and Ms. Priyanka, they dodged all the downfall that came our way and managed to bring a better option on a very short notice.

Medhufushi Island offers next level experience, to stay, unwind and relax. Sea plane transfers were like cherry on the top.

Adding to this experience was, tripfactory, prepping us up for all the covid related guidelines and paperwork, because of which we didn't have to face any sort of issue at any of the airports.

Overall my trip was amazing! All thanks to tripfactory team especially Miss. Sanchita who planned my entire trip.
There was a group being made tripfactory which helped alot in case we face any problem related to transfer, flights or hotel.
The trip was offered to us is at very competitive price as compared to ither trip planners.

Overall, i would rate trip to 5 and excellent.
One suggestion, hotel in Goa can be better than double tree by hilton

This was my second trip with tripfactory. They have exceeded my expectations by alot. Especially my travel representative Bhargava is the best person I have spoken with till date related to trips. He is available all the time and helped alot with my queries. Our flights got rescheduled, cancelled. But Bhargava made sure that our trip was intact and no pressure on us. I have changed itinerary multiple times and he never said a word. Everytime he says sure sir no problem. Thanks to his never ending patience I had a wonderful trip and would recommend tripfactory to any number of people.
One suggestion is responses from resort to our queries are very slow. Please discuss with your resort representative to fix this. Once again thank you Bhargava for organizing this wonderful memorable trip.

It was an amazing experience with Tripfactory.Each and everything is well organised.
Also the agent Shashank was really helpful for helping me out for each and every doubts that I have regarding the trip.He also helped me for flight booking and provided me best deal on it.Also the driver that is assigned to us Mr. Bilal he is also very patient and calm person he guided us very well in the whole trip.Overall an amazing experience.

It’s a great Experience, All the arrangements by the trip factory is good , Cab Drivers are polite and on exact time , Hotels and resorts are good, Only one Resort Aquyas at Havelock Is not up to the mark , Food is not good and service is average, Don’t Recommend to ur clients , Rest of all are Excellent and it’s a Different Experience in each hotel and resort , Thank You Bhargav For the best Suggestion for Andaman And Nicobar Trip ….!!!

It would have been better if we're recommend by TP team on consistecy in types of hotels, whilst we had 4star hotels in Srinagar the hotels in Pahalgam and Gulmarg were 3stars and hence inconsistent feel .

We had an excellent trip to Kashmir.
The trip was very memorable. Covering all the places very nicely. The hospitality at each and every hotel i.e., Pine spring, royal park and forest hill resort was highly satisfactory.😊

The moon valley house boat also served us in a very excellent manner with proper ambience. Shikara ride was one the best experience.☺️

The driver Owais was very co-operative, helpful and experienced. He supported us to make the trip more amazing. Thanks to our trip expert Rashmi Ma'am to make this trip the best one.
