Being a regular of trip factory, we made booking for my trip to Phuket from 12/10/2022 along with my daughter. As usual Ms. Jyothi Bhagya was my trip advisor and she suggested me a package for 5 days with all the details. The arrangements made for accommodation at Amata Patong and the vehicles provided there were of highest standard. The vehicles were on time and the drivers were good. There was no problem at all during our stay. On the last day my flight was at 10.30 in the morning and there was a heavy rain in Patong and the roads were flooded and my pick up vehicle got stuck on the road. Ms. Jenni at Patong helped with an alternate vehicle. At last we could reach airport on time. I would like to thank Ms. Jyothi and the entire team of trip factory for making our trip peaceful and memorable. The trip support through Telegram group is appreciated. I would like to utilise the services of Trip Factory in future.
