8 day trip to Turkey. Overall the trip was very organized and did not face any issues especially with the hotels and taxis absolutely punctual. All hotels were in the center of towns and specifically the hotels in Cappadocia and Kusadasi were good while the hotels in Istanbul were too small for 2 people. I would like to mention the hotel Mira Cappadocia was very nice with stone walls to give an imperial look and very good hospitality by the hotel owner.
I felt the TripFactory team could have been more interactive and updated me about the hotels and day tours in each city so we know what to expect in detail. This could be a daily job for TripFactory, but for a person travelling to a new country, felt we could have optimized our trip better like the normal day tours hosted by travel guides tend to spend some time in souvenir shops which kills time for those not interested in shopping.
