Trip was very good in terms of Driver politeness and humble. All request put up to him has been successfully completed. There was initial hiccup for the hotel check-in in the pride hotel pune. Request tripfactory to ensure the payment to hotels well before guest arrival and confirm with the hotel. Request to tripfactory for confirmation with the hotel for early check-in policy depending upon the guest arrival time, this need not be left to the guest for arrangement.Request to tripfactory for ensure the vehicle condition as well as sitting arrangement which will be comfortable for the guests when the guest are more than 4 in number. Guest are also requested to confirm these with tripfactory before the start of the journey for hassel free trip.
