Good: 1) I enjoyed online booking/payment experience, having all details in trip over mail. 2) Summer sands at Neil island resort was a good place to stay. 3) Blue bird resort at Havelock (including service) was awesome; I would highly recommend it to others. 4) The local travel agent at Havelock [SR tours and travels] did a very good job; Both Rahamathullah and Rafi explained the sight seeing details, clarified all our doubts and took care of us very well inspite of the peak season crowd. 5) Having a mix of government ferry (2 trips) and the private Makruzz (1 trip) was good. Nice to have had experiences of both. 6) Though didnt use it much, having telegram support was good. 7) Support from Lohit on whatsapp was excellent. Got all questions clarified

Bad: 1) Food service at Driftwood is awful. Had 3 times there. Food quality was ok, but Very very slow service. Breakfast on Dec 27th was pathetic. 2) Local tour agent at Neil island didn't meet our expectation. Stinking vehicle. Driver was rash driving; was always in a hurry mode. Questions on the sight seeing places were not clarified to satisfaction. Communication between tour organizer and driver was pathetic.

General feedback for Trip factory:
1) I reached back Port blair on 26th Dec around 11 am itself instead of originally planned evening. My flight to bangalore was only on 27th at 3.15 pm. Was there a reason the havelock-port blair travel was advanced ?
2) BSNL SIM only works in Andamaan. Please suggest customers to carry a pre-paid BSNL SIM :)

It was a good trip but not as good as previous HK trip. Driver didn't have complete details.

I came to know of Trip factory through others who had good experience We went to Singapore for the first time through Trip factory..

Our tour expert Thaqsheel very nicely gave us different options to choose and he was very flexible from the beginning till the end. He was always approachable for any help.

When we went to Singapore, local support Mr Nathan was very good. He took care very well in arranging vehicles and tickets on time. He is an aged person with vast experience and goo local network.

One thing we found, was after reaching Singapore there were some changes made in the schedule however they were fortunately not of any discomfort to us.

On the whole we had very nice tour and it was enjoyable. We did not face any hiccups during the trip.

It was my first trip with trip factory had a grt experience. Very supportive team hassle free trip . special thanx to avinash our tour coordinator who was in touch with us throught the trip great work will surely recommend him to my friends

I enjoyed a lot on this trip. It was well organised. The important thing was it didn’t disappoint my family at all, they loved everything about this trip. There were a couple of snags with the hotel bookings but in the end it didn’t matter. We had a hell of a time in Andaman.

Our trip to Munnar,Thekkady and alapey was a wonderful experience.The arrangements made by trip factory was too good that there were absolutely no hurdles at all.The pick up and drop ,also was perfect,the hotel bookings we're also pretty decent. We really had a enjoyable trip with the family. Due to the wonderful services done by the trip factory I have been recommending my friends also to avail the services and plan their holidays.
This year itself we have gone on 3 tours with friends,colleagues and family.

Singapore hotel was not as per the 4 star standard
Staff was very rude it looks that they don’t care about the guest
Rooms were very small as compared to other 4 star hotels

Deepak understood our travel needs and suggested one of the must see places in the world,that was nothing but Phuket and Krabi in Thailand.

Both the places are worth to visit and must see places.Likewise arrangements and the customization was according ly taken care ...which added more beautiful memories of our journey.

Pros :Co ordination was very good.Plan was executed in proper manner.

Cons: We missed the ferry due to small mis communication but was resolved within an hour,which needs to be rectified.

Over all thank you for creating such wonderful memories down the lane which our vacation more interesting....Once again thank you Deepak and team for all your support.

Trip was very good. Driver was also very good. Stay overall was very comforting. Pahalgam stay and house boat could have been better. Heater was not available in the room before 8 pm in the house boat.

Good, my itenary mentioned that, cardamom groves,and orange orchards,. Driver told that both are not there now, orange orchards, are near Siliguri and cardamom are no more existing. Driver is excellent, polite and we'll mannered. Taking his voice in view, why the above points are included in the itenary. Otherwise trip was okay. Though on 18th weather was bad we could not see sunrise, therefore our programme was swapped between 18 and 19th. Driver could able to manage well. Thanx to driver and organizers, Abhishek. Abhishek is monitoring the trip well. Over all is good, kindly mention points to see clearly, later we need not have a hot discussion with driver, because only driver is nearby to visitors , he will questioned on behalf of trip factory. Abhishek told that he will come back on those two points which were not shown, but he never came back,which I would like to mention... Ok bye.

One small suggestion : Please don't have/suggest Seat in-coach transfer from Singapore to Malaysia, Instead give option to take Roundtrip Flight TFR for this route.

This was a well managed trip by Tripfactory team. All the tour was explained in detail. one day was extended as per my request. The driver was excellent. Very good driving and polite guy. The Travel expert Anish was good for explaining the things, however the turnaround time to answer query can be improved. He should have updated me everything on time, but the situation was, I had to follow up for multiple times regarding my queries. To get a simple itenerary of extended day, it took him over a week , that too after 5-6 reminders from my side. This can be improved.
Hotels were decent and comfortable. You should give idea about size of the room to the customers.
Overall - 5/5 (in terms of arrangements)

The itinerary was adhered to perfectly and everything was taken care of to the second. The private transfer cars were also high-end ones with professional drivers. The Telegram service to contact for any information requested was useful too.

Excellent services provided! Amazing support throughout the trip.
Would like to have next trip arranged by TripFactory.
