Very good experience with TF, hotel was not much good and far from good places , breakfast was good in hotel. ICS internal transport was superb, especially the driver Kantun he was very polite and honest.

Overall it was a good experience with the Trip Factory regarding the booking and ease of access!

About Kashmir, it was a snowy meadow. A completely new experience of my life, a must place to visit once in the lifetime may be the ideal time is from Apr-Aug I visited in Nov to experience the snowfall. Even though I can't witness the snowfall, but the snow meadows were everywhere, it is a different kind of experience.

Thanks for the Trip Factory! Who took care of everything from Hotels, travel and other activities. It's a memory now, but it will belong to cherish!

We really enjoyed a lot in dubaii. All the services, amenities, hotel bookings, ticketing and transportation was taken care of and not even once we faced issue in our whole trip.

We were very much unsure whether to go ahead with Kashmir or not but after talking to Mohamed we were certain we need to go ahead with it. He had planned the whole trip keeping in mind our need and in a way we enjoed it to the fullest. Though we hear a lot of negative things about Kashmir but once you visit it you will never regret it.

As to sum-up our tour arranged by you can be considered as a full success. Everything was arranged professionally and worked out well for us.
All the tour-guides were professional and helpful, but we would like to point out one of the tour-guides we learned to know during our voyage.
Our guides had perfect knowledge about Sikkim history, acted very professionally as a tour-guide and their language skills are very good.

What I like

1. Your representative Swetha helpe me to choose the right package, which made the trip into a most memorable one throughout my life. A special Thanks to her
2. Hotel room is awesome.
3. Hotel Staffs are kind enough.
4. Taxi arrangements are too good and the taxi driver was very polite and punctual

What needs to be improved:

1. Due to flight delay, we reached the hotel around 3.30 PM but still the room was not ready, so we have waited for more than 20 mins in reception. As per the hotel, check in time is 2 PM and the room should be ready by then.

2. It would be good if we get the driver's details (like name, phone number, etc..).

3. On Day 3, we were picked up by different driver and vehicle, Which was not communicated to us prior. As we were in different country, we cannot just believe/trust anyone.

4. As per my Itenary, I will be visiting to Git Git waterfalls on day 3, but which was not communicated to driver/ not mentioned in the driver's visit list. After that we have asked him to take us there and he did that as well, but still to avoid unnecessary confusions please make sure traveller's and driver's places to visit list are matching

5. In watersports activity, first they informed as parasailing is available, even the same was mentioned in our confirmation receipt which was provided by watersports team, but after reaching there they have informed as they don't have that activity and asked to upgrade to parasailing adventure (for which we needs to pay $60 extra) or change the activity. Which is totally unfair, so either please collaborate with some other watersports team / ask them not provide wrong info.

Pros:We booked Dubai trip its less Expensive comparetively with other travels ,Awesome Hotels,Receiving is nice and sightseeing transfers were Good..Desert safari n Dhow cruise were nice.We will choose once again trip factory for another trips in the future, Our Travel expert Naveen was cooperative and Nice,Telegram support was good Cons; When we are boking through online package delayed call back from customer care and driver missed Gold souk and Spice souks in half day city tour Overal it's amazing experience with trip factory we wl recommend tripfactory for others

Only thing that we were concerned was for the Cab Driver stay
There was no driver room or Dorminatary for drivers to stay

Everything was good and nicely arranged..but one problem we faced due to driver Mohammed Alam.He dropped to Dubai Mall n said come back to cinima parking.He did not direct us properly he made us roam so much.at 11.30pm he said go in taxi..we payed 52ADH for taxi.its driver duty to guide us properly and wait till we come..hope you guys convey to vendor.not to repeat for others.

Overall experience was good. Hotel Shefaf was average but special thanks to our guide Mr. Zubair who made every effort to make us comfortable. He made it a safe trip and also gave us upgrades wherever possible. A special thanks to all the staff at the Royal Park hotel which made so many efforts for our honeymoon suite decorations. Mushtaq and his team were very helpful and friendly. Also the Sheraton houseboat was slendid. Overall a memorable trip. Satisfied with trip factory !!

Overall I'm happy with my experience with Trip Factory. The package, Local Tours and Hotel were excellent. My family enjoyed each day. Trip Factory upgraded my stay to 5 star hotel that i deeply appreciate. Local tour operator was also very professional handling local sightseeing. However, I'm giving only 4 star because the hotel i was upgraded to, was far from city center and walking down to/from city center was not advisable and practical. Also the hotel's shuttle's last ferry was at 8.20pm which wasn't giving us enough time stay in city center and have dinner. Therefore we have to spent 10000 INR just in taxi fare from/to hotel to city center. If i would have been upgraded to the hotel near by the originally selected. I would have given 5 stars. There is nothing much to complaint about.

I would recommend Trip Factory to my friends for sure.
