One of the best trips I have ever had. Firstly the best choice that Manjusha gave me. Then a flawless iterenary. Imtiaz the driver for the trip was almost like family. He connected with us instantly. My family liked him very much. Then the guide at Gulmarg, Hasan bhai was good as well. The houseboat and Javed the manager at the houseboat were great. Hotel Shefaf was great. The staff was very courteous. Overall a great trip.

My trip to Singapore and Thailand on the whole was very good. Overall I had a great experience. Support give by Meenakshi as an expert was awesome. She was very helpful whenever I needed her she was available.

Things which could have been better: Telegram app support and providing correct information in the Thailand itinerary.

Preferable to book the room with heater during winter especially during Dec-Feb. Went well with the other arrangements and planning. About Ibni gani lodge, team is dedicated to make customers happy with their service within their limit, Food was ok. Please take pair of thermals if you are visiting during winter (specially South Indians).

5 star service by Priya from sales as she did all possible to plan a good itinerary with all necessary inclusions. However somewhere on ground, too many misses / miscommunication by operation team. Transfer time changed abruptly. Very late slot (10 pm) for Burj Khalifa. Car sent to the wrong hotel. Driver carried India coordinator number, not guest number. Operation team expected guest to make all efforts, to receive seamless delivery ! However quality of cars were very nice.

I went Dubai with my wife from 22nd dec to 27th Dec. Overall trip was excellent. We’ll planned by trip factory,’ and Tarannum for my 5 N 6 D program. Telegram group is a good tool they use for daily pick up and generally their drivers come in time. I recommend trip factory if anyone looking for a foreign trip within reasonable cost.

Before finalizing land package through TripFactory for Bali, I had got quotation from all top travel agencies in India like TUI, Cox&Kings, SOTC, ThomasCook etc. Most of the agencies provided us more of a leisure trip whereas TripFactory guys provided us customized leisure+activities kind of trip in the same price for a longer duration (7N/8D) which included 4 star hotel stay. So I can say that TripFactory guys does a very decent job in providing customized package at a very reasonable package.
Coming to our trip in Bali, we had a very decent trip; the hotels were very nice. We just has couple of minor issues at hotel which got fixed by talking to hotel staff. Apart from that, there was somewhat language barrier with driver as his english was very broken. But I guess that is common in such destination.
Overall our experience was very good. I would definitely recommend TripFactory to everyone.

Overall our trip is enjoyable and good except for following suggestions.

1. Strangers (guide) at Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaipur came and occupied the vehicle and told me that he is appointed by company as guide for us. If you employ a guide it is good and I feel it is necessary as these places need a guide. But I would like you to intimate us the guide name, phone number and payment if any has to be made so that we can get prepared. In my case some unknown person suddenly occupied the car and told that he is the official guide which totally unexpected. do inform in advance the guide name and hone number to your customers too.

2. Stay at Rajputhana Haveli is not good as cleanliness is not maintained properly. Food quality was also not good.

3. Driver Mr. Omkar was excellent and his services was very good.

4. Guide at udaipur was excellent. Guide at Jodhpur was not up to the mark and guide at Jaipur was alright.

We enjoyed the tour as whole and thank you for it.

The Bali trip was amazing! The travel was a piece of cake! The hotel was very comfortable and was in good location. Everyone there was so friendly, but we were slightly disappointed to see very less options for vegetarians during breakfast!

The Barong dance, Tanah Lot, Uluwatu and Kecak dance were absolutely amazing! The driver cum guide Mr. Sudhiyashu was a wonderful person helping and assisting us entire trip. We will definitely be using your services in the future for our next family holidays, just don’t know where yet! :)

The good:
1) Everything in the itinerary was covered. Things mostly went as planned. People managing the tour were professional.
2) People managing the tour were responsive and accomodative of special requests.
3) Blue Bird and Peach Park has really nice rooms.

The not so good:
1) The itinerary and voucher were not in sync. Itinerary had day 2 in Neil whereas voucher had day 2 in Havelock. That created confusion.
2) In Havelock there was very little communication. At times I felt lost as to what next or how.
3) It happened twice that the cab did not come on time. We had to track the tour agent to get the cab. It seemed they had forgotten about the pickup/drop.
4) The room allocated to us in hotel Shompen on Day 1 was not good. On Day 4 was okay.
5) The voucher did not mention that Dinner in Peach Park was part of the package. It was a welcome surprise, but would have been good to know in advance.

Good: 1) I enjoyed online booking/payment experience, having all details in trip over mail. 2) Summer sands at Neil island resort was a good place to stay. 3) Blue bird resort at Havelock (including service) was awesome; I would highly recommend it to others. 4) The local travel agent at Havelock [SR tours and travels] did a very good job; Both Rahamathullah and Rafi explained the sight seeing details, clarified all our doubts and took care of us very well inspite of the peak season crowd. 5) Having a mix of government ferry (2 trips) and the private Makruzz (1 trip) was good. Nice to have had experiences of both. 6) Though didnt use it much, having telegram support was good. 7) Support from Lohit on whatsapp was excellent. Got all questions clarified

Bad: 1) Food service at Driftwood is awful. Had 3 times there. Food quality was ok, but Very very slow service. Breakfast on Dec 27th was pathetic. 2) Local tour agent at Neil island didn't meet our expectation. Stinking vehicle. Driver was rash driving; was always in a hurry mode. Questions on the sight seeing places were not clarified to satisfaction. Communication between tour organizer and driver was pathetic.

General feedback for Trip factory:
1) I reached back Port blair on 26th Dec around 11 am itself instead of originally planned evening. My flight to bangalore was only on 27th at 3.15 pm. Was there a reason the havelock-port blair travel was advanced ?
2) BSNL SIM only works in Andamaan. Please suggest customers to carry a pre-paid BSNL SIM :)

It was a good trip but not as good as previous HK trip. Driver didn't have complete details.

I came to know of Trip factory through others who had good experience We went to Singapore for the first time through Trip factory..

Our tour expert Thaqsheel very nicely gave us different options to choose and he was very flexible from the beginning till the end. He was always approachable for any help.

When we went to Singapore, local support Mr Nathan was very good. He took care very well in arranging vehicles and tickets on time. He is an aged person with vast experience and goo local network.

One thing we found, was after reaching Singapore there were some changes made in the schedule however they were fortunately not of any discomfort to us.

On the whole we had very nice tour and it was enjoyable. We did not face any hiccups during the trip.

I enjoyed a lot on this trip. It was well organised. The important thing was it didn’t disappoint my family at all, they loved everything about this trip. There were a couple of snags with the hotel bookings but in the end it didn’t matter. We had a hell of a time in Andaman.

Our trip to Munnar,Thekkady and alapey was a wonderful experience.The arrangements made by trip factory was too good that there were absolutely no hurdles at all.The pick up and drop ,also was perfect,the hotel bookings we're also pretty decent.
