The trip to Phuket was very well organised by Kamini Sharma of trip factory . Starting from Goa airlines flights, Visa on arrival at Phuket (which took just 5 mnts at Phuket airport) , car pick up from hotels & airport, everything happened on the dot as planned. The hotel was at the heart of citi activities hub & very convenient from all perspective. Special thanks to Ms Kamini for taking extra care in planning & organizing the same.

It was a really good trip very well organised and coordinated in well manner . Priya supported well from the initial. Thanks for that .

First of all, I would like to thank you for the detailed planning of the trip. It was planned & executed really well & was completely smooth. As soon as I arrived at the airport, the representative of Trip Factory & the local agency was available to greet us. We were introduced to our driver & were checked-in into our hotel. First hotel " Kuta Beach Heritage" was located near the beach with an easy accessibility to the nearby market places. The second hotel was " Arman Villa Seminyak" was also good but was far away from any of the hotspots in Bali.

Good things:
Location of Kuta Beach Heritage which were closer to main shopping center & pubs in Bali
Buffet Breakfast at Kuta Beach Heritage with live music
Private Pool & room in Arman Villa Seminyak
Free cycles at Arman Villa Seminyak to roam around & explore the city.
Friendliness of staff at Arman Villa Seminyak
Driver & tour operator " Kantun"
Overall planning & coordination of the tour

Things not so great:
Hotel standard compared to Trip Factory rating of 5 & 4 stars respectively. It didnt felt value for money.
Room in Kuta Heritage was most basic with no insulated door between room & washroom.
Breakfast at Arman Villa Seminyak good but was "a la carte" with limited options.
Parasailing at watersport was dropped & replaced by Flying Fish. The watersport agency had employees negotiating rates for additional rides. The rides were outsourced to local independent ride equipment owners who were running their own racket of negotiations undercutting the watersport agency itself.

Things which could have been better:
Hotel choice at Kuta beach or Room standard at Kuta Beach location. Didn't felt like a 5 star as rated in Trip Factory.
Freebies compared to plan sent by me during planning of trip were not offered(eg: Cruise dinner/Complimentary spa. etc)
Dates with hotels. We moved from most happening place to suburbs on New Year eve when it would have been better to be at the hotspot on day of New Year Eve. As a tourist, we rely on agency to let us know the right days to be in right place.

Overall I'm happy with the planning & coordination though there could be few more things done to give a "Value for money" feel. Would like to send my special thanks to Swetha for organising the trip & our Driver Kantun for his patience & hospitality during the trip.

Thanks a lot for one more mesmerizing and memorable Family Trip. This time it was to Amritsar, Shimla and Dharamshala.
The hotels and services were good at all the places with cooperative staff.
Breakfast and Dinner served at all the places were really delicious.
The sight scene planned was perfect covering all major points.
If I would have chosen Mumbai to Amritsar to Dharamshala to Shimla to Chandigar to Mumbai could have reduced stretched travelling instead of Mumbai to Amritsar to Shimla to Dharamshala to Amritsar to Mumbai. However the entire trip was completed safely and timely because of tour guide and driver - Vimal Kumar - a very safe and passionate driver.

HI. Travelling is my hobby and passion. Whenever time permits me I take off in different directions in India or abroad to recharge myself. I have been travelling so far with India's leading travel agents such as Thomas Cook, Yatra, Make My Trip , SOTC etc. Of late, I was introduced to Trip Factory and was impressed with their travel planning and patience in preparing my itinerary for three to four destinations in India and abroad. Mr. Nishant D. Shekar was my trip adviser. He took all the pains in advising me to go over to Kerala to celebrate the New Year eve . The trip includes Kochi, Munnar, Alleppy, Thekkedy etc.
All the hotels were fairly comfortable in all the locations with all the facilities. Our houseboat experience was superb and it was at par excellence with the houseboat experience we had at Dal Lake in Srinagar, Kashmir. It was just amazing. Breakfast in all the properties was tasty and the staff at all the properties were cooperative.
I would be failing in my review if I do not write a couple of lines about the driver and the car. The car (Maruti Swift Dzire) was new and well maintained. The driver, Naser, was well behaved gentleman. He was not just a driver, He was our tour guide . He patiently took us to all the places as per itinerary but also went out of his was to take us to many places. He also helped us with where to buy spices and other sight seeing places in Munnar, His rich local knowledge immensely helped us. He believed in the principle that the visitors coming to Kerala are Gods and so it is his moral responsibility to serve the them , A big thank you to him.
Last but not the least, team factory team was always at hand to help throughout the trip through the app. Telegram. Even the trip cost is fairly reasonable compared with the leading travel brands.

Trip Factory has done a wonderful job in planning our trip to Singapore. We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Chancellor@Orchards.. The Hotel was centrally located, very well maintained and in close proximity to important sightseeing places. The staff at the reception was very pleasing, cordial and helpful at all times. Even the room service staff was always ready to help.

In my feedback report submitted at the hotel, I have very categorically mentioned that Bristo Restaurant either needs to be changed or they should improve on their breakfast menu. They have served us the same menu for breakfast on all 8 days. My children were not ready to have breakfast on many occasions. No doubt, the restaurant staff was very good and helpful.

The vehicles provided were very comfortable and all the driving staff were very punctual.

Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Shole were always approachable and always ready to help.

On the whole, it was a good experience and we would highly recommend Trip Factory to one and all.

Last but not the least, I would like to thank Padma, Nishanth and the care team at Trip Factory for their overwhelming support in making our trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

For more convenient you should provide 8 seated Innova for 6 passengers, because last3 seats was not comfortable.

One of the best trips I have ever had. Firstly the best choice that Manjusha gave me. Then a flawless iterenary. Imtiaz the driver for the trip was almost like family. He connected with us instantly. My family liked him very much. Then the guide at Gulmarg, Hasan bhai was good as well. The houseboat and Javed the manager at the houseboat were great. Hotel Shefaf was great. The staff was very courteous. Overall a great trip.

My trip to Singapore and Thailand on the whole was very good. Overall I had a great experience. Support give by Meenakshi as an expert was awesome. She was very helpful whenever I needed her she was available.

Things which could have been better: Telegram app support and providing correct information in the Thailand itinerary.
