Thanks for arranging this wonderful trip. We would like share our experiences and provide you some feedback.
Singapore
The hotel was very good. Neat and clean. All the staffs were very helpful and it was a great experience in Singapore. All the pick ups and drops were on time. Breakfast was good.
Suggestion - Please try to keep more Indian Food like paratha, chapathi as idli was not good.
As you had assured for early check-ins, hotel guys denied it even though rooms were available. Please try to work on this , or do not give assurance for early check-ins. We had to wait for almost 4-5 hrs in the lobby.
Bali
I have a lot to write about the hotel Quest Tuban, Kuta.
First is the location .
Its in a very busy place, in and around mosque.As we walk down the streets to this hotel, lot of non veg hotels on the streets and the smell is too bad. Very dirty place.
Second is about the Food
Pls insist the hotel staff to prepare some Indian Food for breakfast. As the Indian Restaurants are very far from this hotel.
We had to have only Bread and butter and some fruits. No Vegetarian food. Not even veg Fried rice or veg noodles.
Third is about the room.
Shower was not working properly in the room. The room was very old i feel. It was not upto the mark for a 3-star hotel.
The Staffs were very kind and helpful. The tour guide/ driver Zuang Wah was excellent from ICS Group. He guided us and explained us everything about the place, culture . Zuang Wah was phenomenally well.
My personal advice is please do not suggest the Quest Hotel Tuban,Kuta to Indians.
Overall it was a good experience with trip factory and the support team also helped a lot via telegram. Thanks again for your service.
