Thank you trip factory for your careful planning to make us experience each day differently in city, riverside, snowy and as well in lake.
Definitely it was a well managed hassle free trip.
Especially the driver gentleman was very well behaved and guided well. Houseboat was very excellent choice. Courteous staff.
To mention Pahalgam Pine Spring hotel was externally well located beside river Lidar, but the room was not having room heater just only bed heater. Nature too was spoilt sport as it started raining...so missed the Room heater..

Yes we did get stuck on election day that is 18th on roads with great road blocks, but these are not again predictable ones...yet felt maybe this day could have been avoided while suggesting.
All said and done still would thank you for your care and support. Was overall a good experience.

The itinerary has been planned cleanly (without any confusions) and each and every step, the TripFactory team gives the reminder to the tourists through Telegram app.
Once reached Thailand, the country SPOC started interacting with tourists closely which helps the tourists to avoid the confusion with respect to language

We went to Singapore for 5 nights and took a package from trip factory, which was given to us at a very competitive price as compared to others.
Very well & professionally managed trip, we got early check-in in the hotel also. Everything was provided as per commitment and on time.
Their support team is proactive and resolved queries asap.
In short it was a superb vacation with Tripfactory.

Planning was excellent, hotel Jacob garden Bur Dubai was awesome would like to give 5⭐, all road travel transfers guys did their job with perfection, very reasonable package for 4adult, again thanks to Anish Kumar rating 5⭐ and further thanks to Kajal at hotel Jacob garden restaurant staff who served us, would like to give Kajal 5⭐

Was ok experinece....

The trip was nicely arranged by tripfactory, the service provided at Phuket was excellent. Although some things i must mention to work on...
1. It was not mentioned from which airport terminal we have to board our flight from Delhi airport, which put us in chaos at the end time as it was not mentioned in iterenary.
2. While returning from Phuket our flight got preponed by 3 hrs which add on the layover time at Bengaluru and we have to wait there for 13 hrs. Tripfactory should have to arrange something there.

Manjusha was my Tripfactory contact person, she handled all the bookings smoothly, right from tickets, accommodation to visa,
Half day city was very very quick, very bad experience, guide has no patience,
All other activities were great
Will definitely go to Tripfactory for future holiday plannings

Overall co ordination is good. Re commanded for others.

Overall trip is very good for your service especially meenakshi, only thing the hotel you have provided not upto the standards where as all indian lunch, dinner restaurants are very good.

To Sridhar, Clinton and his team, a big thank you. I have been avid traveler and mostly prefer doing all travels myself and not using travel agencies, but since i was doing a whole family trip, i did not want to take chances with 2 kids and my parents. Tripfactory was perfect with 8 of us i must say they gave a good package and were on time and clear instructions and messages were passed on. at every stage. KUDOS tot he team.

It was a wonderful trip arranged by you guys.. First thanks to shruthi for providing wonderful ietnery for all the days as per our discussion. From the day we landed in Andaman till the time we boarded flight to Hyd was a spectacular time we spent over there.. Special mention to all the Co ordinators and driver in all three locations who took care of us, they where very friendly and courtegeous towards us ans given all the information whenever required. Apart from the WiFi in hotels everything was damn good. We have visited all the places mentioned in the ietenary with out fail.. We will definitely get back to you again for our future trips.. All the best guys and keep doing the great work!!
