Nicely organized except Travel Insurance, got delayed even after Traveled and given several reminders only done after a day, should be done before Travelling date.

Singapore hotel J8 is very Tiny , not worthy and cannot move inside the room., if booked in another hotel might be good.

Malaysia hotel Ibis is good and excellent.

Transport is good organized in Singapore and Malaysia both are friendly no issues

It was an amazing trip. Arrangements in Phuket and Krabi was bang on and hotels were superb. Only reason for me giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because of some co-ordination isssues in Bangkok and poor hospitality in Hotel Citrus Grande Pattaya

It was good trip with all great arrangements hotels were good cap and bus were comfortable.

Hassle free booking, the trip was fantastic.

The trip was very well coordinated,it was a happy experience with timely pick up and proper facilities in priority in packages were extended.

Overall trip was good, as it was well organised. Felt little bit expensive as most of the places we visited in Kashmir incurring additional expenses to hire local commute options and not part of the trip charges. I think this is unique to Kashmir, as they are unwelcoming to outside vehicles. Tripfactory organised vehicle is mostly used for commuting from airport to hotel(s) and back. These facts are anyway communicated as part of vouchers and itinerary. So not a surprise. Hotel options provided were very good and thanks for making it a nice experience.

I must say my trip was awesome. Everything was arranged in a perfect manner. Thank you for the wonderful memory of Bali trip.

It was a well planned trip. There were some minor issues in the start but later everything was resolved.

And few review comments as given below:
1. Very good planning & execution by team w.r.t planned itinerary
2. Hotel @ Phuket Ashlee was awesome, Pattaya (Grand Pattaya)was ok-ok(not in proper shape when checked-in,but later they set it proper), Bangkok(Ecotel) was good enough
3. Day-2 onwards all information was available for me well in advance by telegram group(thanks to telegram group owner), but dint get day-1 details on day-0 which made little worry, but patience paid off :-)
4. Soumyashree who was looking after my trip looked after very well & supported
5. Trip factory has their own employees working @ Thailand, so Thailand trip will be as per the plan so go for booking without 2nd thought with Tripfactory
6. The option to modify planned itinerary is difficult, could have been given so that if customers expecting to add/modify few parts from planned destinations can get chance to change/modify!!
7. Cabs,SIC etc... were always on time & drivers too were polite n behaved good manner, good job guys(TripFactory)!
8. Even guides whom we had been assigned were polite & good too

Me and my family were completely satisfied with the services offered by Trip Factory. Especially my Tour Manager Shazia Manzoor was very much proactive to take care after all our requirements. She was just a Phone call away for all my small small queries. Accommodation as per 3 star could have been better in Srinagar, whereas all other Hotels were good.
The location of Gulmarg Hotel was awesome and even the boat house stay was memorable.
Overall it was an exciting Trip and we look forward to book with Trip Factory again for our future tours.

My daughter, who just turned 18, insisted going on a solo (alone) tour to Kashmir which I agreed to. This was only because Naseer assured me from the beginning that he would take care of everything right from planning to ensuring that my daughter is safe and enjoys her tour thoroughly. Naseer and his team were in contact with my daughter every day and ensured that everything was taken care of. Also appreciate Sumaiya, who kept in personal touch with my daughter and coordinated with me . Shafi, who was the driver/guide for the tour was quite flexible and sensitive in his approach.
Overall ,my daughter enjoyed her trip and returned ecstatic and hence would recommend Naseer and his team for making a holiday in Kashmir memorable.

Nicely arranged trip!!

The overall experience with tripfactory was simply amazing. From the stage of planning to the final departure to home they have assisted us in everyway possible. Special mention to Travel expert Pankaj Chandak who made sure that all our requirements were fulfilled. Local tour coordinator Pujan was meticulous in his planning & execution. No complaint whatsoever with regard to hotels and drivers allotted. Technology was well utilized to keep many communication channels open. Last but not the least Prem who was available 24/7 & helped us in making my birthday a special one.
On the whole we thank tripfactory for making our honeymoon trip to Sikkim & Darjeeling a memorable one.
