Overall it was good. It was a great relief for us to stay near little India so that we could relish our own south Indian food. But stay at J8 was not that comfortable. I was under the impression that all hotels in Singapore are built without windows. But all tour conductors were really good both at Singapore & Malayasia. Eventhough our stay at IBIS in Kaulalumpur was better there was problem with the AC unit of our room 1109. The knob of the toilet bowl wasn't operating easily.

Four days we were enjoyed a lot in Thailand .
Pick up & drop facility was good.
Hotels which we stayed ICheck In & Rooms republic both were clean.
We faced problem of Veg food. Many Indians will prefer Veg food . I wold like to suggest , please check with customer about food & arrange for the food accordingly.
Over all experience was amazing.

I loved the paper less working of trip factory , everything on mobile and on the go. Just faced an issue regarding the hotel as in breakfast they were less veg food as compared to non veg , on some days they hve not provided veg dishes also as i was on a family trip my parents didn't like that. Else the trip was good as planned. Thank you so much Deeksha Rana will surely look forward to plan some more trips in future 😇✌️

The trip was awesome. Rashmi was good at her job and gathered all the needed information with the timelines and requests from us.Though we have less time before booking she made sure everything was in time and we had no problem in trip.
Had no problem with hotels or at the places we visited. The hotels were very comfortable.
The driver,Kannan was very polite, informative and helpful in giving suggestions. His driving skills are really good.
The team was prompty reponding and helful when needed. We faced no issues and enjoyed the trip a lot.
We enjoyed a lot in travelling through Trip Factory and would love to travel again in future.

Trip factory has arranged for a cheap and best accommodation for the best price. Pulkit was helpful and provided the information when it is required.

Visa team send email to us for the visa documents but went to Spam, but they didnt bother calling and asking for the documents.

Initial hiccups with flight delay caused inconvenience.. However, the trip factory team was quick to notice that and made some arrangements for me.. the team was always available to make sure all my queries were answered.

My overall experience with trip factory to Bali Indonesia was really good. They provided the trip for very reasonable rate with good hotel stay . We could cover all the places which was mentioned in our itinerary. We got really good local travel guide named Dewa who showed us places which was not in our itinerary as well. There was good response from trip factory people through telegram app. But my only disappointed is that there was very response from the team during money refund of my friend which still I haven't received.

I have been to Dubai trip for 5 Nights with my family. We had a memorable trip and had excellent fun.
The variety of places in Dubai for tourist is very high and each place is equally worth to visit. So whatever place you visit is marvelous and build beyond your expectation. As well it is maintained in very good manner.
We have covered Dhow Cruise Dinner, Desert Safari (superb fun at dune bashing), Ski Dubai, Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall, At the top Burj Khalifa, Grand Mosque Abu Dhabi, Warner Bro World, Legoland water park & Bollywood park. Each & every place visited was excellent and worth. Apart from the given package we also explored other places on our own like Dolphinarium, Gold Souk, Burjaman Mall etc.

For Trip factory -
Goods -1) Timely pick ups & drop
Bads - 1) Tickets/Voucher not provided on time (We lost 1&1/2 Hour at ski Dubai as Trip factory team not shared the tickets on time)
2) Daily reminder for providing tickets

If you plan Dubai with trip factory below points to be noted -
1) Tourist get SIM card at Immigration only but should recharge it with enough data & Minutes in your phone to coordinate with team on telegram. They usually provide all details on time and its frustrating sometimes. (Usually the calling & data is costly in Dubai I have taken AED 110 tourist pack which was enough for me for 6 Days)
2) Kids below 90CM height are not allowed on majority of the rides in Theme parks. In that case you have to ride alone as one parent will takes care of kid. This takes time as there is a waiting of at least 15-20 Min on each ride. Knowing we are travelling with kid of 2&1/2 yrs Trip factory agents not informed this. Due to which we missed some rides because of time constraint. Nevertheless if you plan with the kids please take a note of this. My kid was 89Cm and he was not allowed.

Overall Dubai is land of artificial man made marvels with no nature touch,excellent mix culture, variety of food, lots & lots of shopping, and hot & humid weather........Trip factory is always recommended with some touch of improvement. This was my second trip with them after Bali.
