The overall trip of Bali was good. Everything went as per plan - flight, hotel, local pickup, local sightseeing, airport transfers. The overall experience from booking until the tour end was very good. They are very responsive and that is the best part about Trip Factory. I would recommend Trip Factory for other co-passengers looking out for a Bali trip.

Got connected to Tripfactory just by chance and after a super duper trip to Singapore recently on 1st April 2019 ,I think it was the best thing.
Very smooth and well curated trip it was and will be in our memory for ever.
Thank you Zaid for being there and answering all our queries with patience and resolving matters sincerely ( though matter were not much) as every thing was well planned ,from day 1st to last 5th day.
Flights booked were awesome ( Airbus!!!), hotel was neat and clean and quick in their service , transport facility up to date ,no complaints !
Planning a second trip now to a new destination with them.

Expecting the same service and same zest for the new one .

Singapore

The hotel was very good. Neat and clean. All the staffs were very helpful and it was a great experience in Singapore. All the pick ups and drops were on time. Breakfast was good.
Suggestion - Please try to keep more Indian Food like paratha, chapathi as idli was not good.

As you had assured for early check-ins, hotel guys denied it even though rooms were available. Please try to work on this , or do not give assurance for early check-ins. We had to wait for almost 4-5 hrs in the lobby.

Bali

I have a lot to write about the hotel Quest Tuban, Kuta.
First is the location .
Its in a very busy place, in and around mosque.As we walk down the streets to this hotel, lot of non veg hotels on the streets and the smell is too bad. Very dirty place.

Second is about the Food
Pls insist the hotel staff to prepare some Indian Food for breakfast. As the Indian Restaurants are very far from this hotel.
We had to have only Bread and butter and some fruits. No Vegetarian food. Not even veg Fried rice or veg noodles.

Third is about the room.
Shower was not working properly in the room. The room was very old i feel. It was not upto the mark for a 3-star hotel.

The Staffs were very kind and helpful. The tour guide/ driver Zuang Wah was excellent from ICS Group. He guided us and explained us everything about the place, culture . Zuang Wah was phenomenally well.

My personal advice is please do not suggest the Quest Hotel Tuban,Kuta to Indians.

Overall it was a good experience with trip factory and the support team also helped a lot via telegram. Thanks again for your service.

To start with , big Thanks to the team of Trip Factory for ensuring and aligning the travel at Andaman.

Overall , it was Good experience... we were given what was promised to us( although there was little hiccups).

Things were aligned and in tact , only word of suggestion is to make minimum field coordinators as remembering current coordinator becomes difficult when you are at travel , new to place and doesn't know much.

In the end , thanks and keep it up!!

It would have been 5 if breakfast was good and fountain of wealth was included,fountain of wealth was completely skipped rather Merlion statue which was closed there we were asked to spend an hour completely..
Otherwise it was nicely organised and telegram was very useful.
Also , in SIC i was told 2-3 families will be there but it was a big bus.

Overall a very good experience.... hotels and hotel locations were good.... close to popular eating places with Indian food.....all transfers and sightseeing seeing excellent..... except in Bangkok wherein the agent forgot to send a private pickup for airport drop, however the support team got in action and arranged another car..... what is commendable is the support team is always there 24x7....... Last but very important was Shruti our trip advisor created the perfect plan considering my family profile....all the best

You just need to improve your telegram service because of some guys doesn't respond at the same time.

Had a good time in Dubai with family. This is my second trip with Trip Factory. Thanks, trip factory team. Thanks to Mr.Nishanth for organizing the trip. Telegram support during the trip is good & very useful. Am covering the entire trip in this review. We stayed in Golden Sands 5 (Good hotel, very good breakfast with choice for both Indian and continental food, the hotel is closer to Burjuman point, Shopping zone & restaurants). Day 1: Arrival + Check in hotel + Marina dhow cruise - Had a good time at Marina Dhow Cruise. Day 2: City Tour + Glow Garden - In city tour it would be nice if there is a stop at both Atlantis Hotel and Gold Souk. Glow Garden is just ok and the ticket price is too high. You can skip Glow Garden. Day 3: Miracle Garden + Bollywood Theme park - Miracle Garden is amazing and Bollywood is excellent, don't miss these two. Day 4: Abu Dhabi City tour + Ferrari World - Driver took us only to the Mosque & there was no city tour. Directly we were taken to Ferrari World and was given limited time in the Ferrari world. We were forced to come back by 6 pm though Ferrari World was open till 8 pm. We came to Ferrari world in the afternoon and we had to hurry to have lunch & finish events in Ferrari. We missed a few events & could not do shopping also. Better keep Abu Dhabi City tour on another day and Ferrari world for Full day. Day 5: Limousine Drive + Desert Safari: The limousine provided to us was very average. It was not a premium car at all. Inside it was below average. Don’t go for it. Desert safari was good. But the place where they took us after desert safari was too average, Food was horrible. Day 6: Dolphinarium Show + Aquarium + Underwater Zoo + Burj Khalifa Top – Dolphinarium show is awesome (Please carry cash in AED, no cards accepted for procuring NOL Card). Aquarium, Underwater zoo & Burj Khalifa Top are excellent. Since Friday is off, there was a huge queue. Burj Khalifa fountain is superb. Day 7: Dubai Frame + departure – Nice experience in Dubai Frame. Few hiccups here and there. Overall it has been fine and memorable vacation.

I am writing this review for my Europe trip , it was 7 nights 8 days trip and i feel trip factory has managed it very well.
i booked in the month on jan for april trip , although there were few changes in the location as per my original itenary but
all the places mentioned as covered nicely. Indian restaurants which trip factory took us was excellent . flights booking was done prompt and visa processing was very smooth. All my cabs and transfer are well taken care with prior booking

Manjhusa , special thanks for co-coordinating everything smoothly , Manjhusa is very prompt in taking care even the small issues and she use to reply and pick calls every time.

It was wonderful experience, Thanks to trip factory especially Mrs Meenakshi for organizing the trip systematically. We could cover all the places across Singapore. The iterinary suggested by Meenakshi was very useful to visit all the places which helped us to spend quality time in all the activities at Universal Studio, Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay.

One day we had some issue for local transportation, one message to Meenakshi solved the issue at no time, though it was early morning 7am IST.

Once again we thank Meenakshi & his team for organizing the trip meticulously. We shall recommend to our family & friends.

At the outset, i would like to thank the TripFactory team for giving me another opportunity to avail their services. The whole trip was planned and executed well. The hotel were changed at the last minute which did not go well with me. The half day city tour on the last day was an utter waste. Hardly anything was shown and it was a trip in the city bus!. The visitors should have been informed in advance of the places that will be covered in the city tour and the charges that we may incur for any attraction that we wish to visit.
Apart from the above, i don't have any complaints, though i do feel that cost wise, it was on the higher side - you need to consider that i have been frequently travelling with you guys and should work on an optimum cost.
