Thank you Tripfactory & Pulkit for organizing our Singapore & Malaysia trip. Everything was arranged as per plan and was a good experience. We got timely responses on every query. The trip was well planned for 5 night 6 days.
The necessary information regarding cabs pickup and tours were given before time. I did not face any issue during my trip.
One issue I would like to highlight that the Visa I got just 20 hrs before the flight. Till that time I was not sure that I am going or not. Did not get any information about Visa from anyone though I sent multiple email and chat.

Trip was very well organized. Thanks to Swetha my trip advisor who gave a great support in arranging the trip. Had a wonderful trip experience overall and would recommend everyone to book your trips with trip factory to have a hassle free trips

I am really greatful to have Raghav Thakur as my trip advisor. It was a first abroad trip for my family and raghav constantly help us to clear all our questions. It was very reasonable with price and not a single penny was taken as hidden charges. What i have paid to trip factory was the final payment and no other charges has been occured from there side later. All the arrangements was superb from airport transfer, punctual, great hotels, 24 hours help from the team helped us to make our trip memorable. The overall trip was really good. The trip factory planner is very helpful and cater to your requirements. Just a few words of advice to people traveling to Singapore, do visit the Gardens by the bay and dont stay at Parc Sovereign. To those going to Pattaya dont stay at the glow inn, prefer IBIS hotel. Do visit Coral island and elephant village. Do try to keep a couple of free days, it really helps. Overall i had a great experience.

to whosoever reading this, Trip factory is not a very well known travel agent or travel site. And one will hesitate to book with this company.
However, with much hesitation and worry i went ahead and booked my trip to Dubai with these guys, was worried as i was taking my parents with me and didn't want to face any hassle with parents being around.

But these guys aced it and executed their job in the best possible way.
Once you land at your respective destination the team is always available to assist all your queries on the app called "telegram"
the timings of pick ups and itinerary is very well taken care, the hotel provided and the staff there were also very good.

so next time wants to do a trip with an unknown or not so famous travel company, without hesitation you can choose trip factory.

It was very good experience with Tripfactory agents including the supporting guys and driver. Only problem found was change of hotel at last moment. It could have been better if the hotel booked first was given as it is locsted in town. Later given was at rural end hence we could not move out of hotel other than the private car given to us. However yhe trip was exciting and joyfull. Hotel was excellent. Really we enjoyed at Bali.

It is a memorable and well organised trip by Kalimulla from Trip factory. Hats off for their amazing co-ordination. People i would certainly recommend trip factory.
The only issue is the accommodation was not really a 4 star accommodation. But its ok

Andaman: A Memorable and Exciting Experience
Recently, I have visited Andaman and Nicobar Islands, a territory of India with my friends for seven wonderful and exciting nights. We have taken the package from Trip Factory..a budget package affordable to everyone. It is a heaven on the earth, the land where the freedom fighters like Veer Damodar Savarkar and others lived in Cellular Jail and fought against the Britishers.
Crystal clear beautiful beaches surrounded by variety of green forests, tribal called Jarvas, Havelock and Neil Islands and different types of water sports activities made our trip a memorable one. It was really a fantastic destinations to visit.
And, we have words of gratitude to the representatives of the Trip Factory for their hospitality, information, care for tourists, beautiful arrangements of every activity, transportation...all. Thank you Khadak Bahadur and Trip Factory for making our trip Memorable.

Overall experience was good, this was my 2nd trip with Trip Factory and no doubt they have taken good care of us. There were few hiccups but that was sorted out at higher level (don't expect anything from their agents, they don't have much power).
