It was a very good experience again with TF, for the second consecutive year, price was very good, trip was planned perfectly. The cab pickup was an issue at the airport but was sorted out, telegram support was brilliant. Overall great experience

Overall it is a very good experience. First of all, I need to thank Mr.Harsh Bajpai from Trip Factory, who has helped me to plan the trip. He worked with me even late hours, he was so patient and helpful. Thank you, Harsh.

About the trip, we went to Thailand, It is our first trip and we enjoyed a lot. It is perfectly coordinated by the local travel agents at Pattaya and Bangkok. We had options to choose hotels from various prices. Actually the price we have paid is less compare to other travel agencies.

The only concern is, we have wasted time traveling during the day, so my advise to management is to give more information about the traffic and transfer from one city to other cities. Otherwise, overall, it is a good, well-organized trip. I will surely suggest Trip Factory to my friends.

First of all, a big thank you to Trip Factory for the amazing arrangements and for giving us a comfortable memorable trip. We initially had our bookings done by Vysakh M, who customized our trip as per we asked and gave us the best rate possible. Unfortunately when Vysakh had to leave the company Vignesh took over who handled all our queries with a lot of patience and also coordinated with us while we were there in Bali. We were there for 6nights and 7 days and we continously received updates and our doubts were cleared instantly.
I have already recommended Trip Factory to my friends who are looking forward to go to Bali and I hope in future, I get to go on more trips arranged by Trip Factory.

This is our first time to use TripFactory and the tour was wonderfully organized with local agents providing extended support when asked for.
Hotel at Pattaya was good and the staff was courteous and the breakfast was meeting our requirement . Hotel at Bangkok was good except for the breakfast which was horrible. We had another issue at Bangkok hotel, only one of the room was provided with breakfast and another one was without. Hotel asked for 300 Thai Baht per person for the other room.
Except for this hiccup we had wonderful trip and will surely consider TripFactory for our next tour.

Its been nice trip and every one supported well.
But one concern is, my traveller adviser who helped me from begining well didnt pick phone just before my travel. Im new for tripfactory booking, so generally will have doubts regarding bookings. So called multiple times but didnt pick my phone at all. He said he is travelling but its for two completely didnt pick up. Later got teply through whatsapp after cimplaing to customer. I donno y he did like this after giving support initially. If he is off work, provide some proxy. I also dont want to disturb people. This annoyed me bit. Orelse remaining everything is good. Support in singapore and malaysia people is good. Overall nice trip.

I really liked the way handled entire trip through on line process. Support during the trip is quite awesome .Few minor issues like schedule time for Global Village which I am sure they can over come.

The overall experience that we had with tripfactory is one of the best. There were no issues at all. Everything was very smoothly planned. We had booked a trip for Krabi and Phuket and it was one of the best and also a memorable one. It was a wonderful trip to Krabi & Phuket, Thailand through TripFactory. It was my 3rd trip through TripFactory. The accommodations were well located and complete iternity was well planed.Our travel manager "Akshit Roy" was excellent this time again. He gave us a complete overview of the trip and culture of our destinations. He was always reachable to us during the trip.

Pros:
Visited Singapore, Langkawi Islands and Kuala Lumpur in 8 days. All popular places were planned properly by trip factory to visit during morning and evening accordingly. Thanks to trip planner Nishanth.


To execute the plan as expected, trip factory had a 24*7 group chat to discuss regarding transportation queries to different places n respective contact numbers at all places.


Best places to visit - Singapore SEA Aquarium, Boating, Flyer, Gardens by the bay. Langkawi Cable Car and Sky Bridge. Kuala Lumpur KL Tower Top View from Skybox, Batu Caves.
Arena Star hotel in Kuala Lumpur was good.


Cons:
Singapore J8 Hotel was worst. The same person was managing Reception and was preparing food for breakfast too. One of the rooms additional door lock was not working, daily they used to tell they will fix tomorrow from first day, even after 3 days stay, it was not fixed, service was worst.

Superb arrangement .. very friendly n quick reply’s ..
If u had booked in trip factory think u r in safe hands no need to worry .. best wishes to trip factory

Positive things first:
1. Visa was given 2 weeks before trip.
2. All pickups (Airport and sight scenes) were well before or on time. All transportation vehicles were new or in very good condition.
3. Communication from Tripfactory was clear and easy to follow during trip.
4. Overall trip planning was as per my family requirement and Tripfactory had done that perfectly.
5. Hotel Accommodation provided for trip was very good.

Only two negative points though not very serious:
1. We are vegetarian and vegetarian meals in plane were not arranged.
2. We had booked for one day Abu dhabi tour but we had to spend half day at ferrari world as our SIC was arranged with them. So our half day time was wasted there.

This was my second time booking with Trip Fcatory after last year's Singapore trip. The package of 5N/6D Dubai from Mumbai was planned well by Nishanth. Nishanth made itinerary as per my requirement and provided multiple options to chose from. Excellent and hassle free family trip. Enjoyed thoroughly. The continuous update and personalised trip details and day wise reminder for pick up, drop, dos and don'ts over instagram show your care for your guest. Good selection of hotel with good spread of Indian vegetarian foods. My suggestion for AbuDhabi Ferrari World is that you should provide enough time to enjoy. May suggest for buying priority ticket during booking for thrill lovers. Lastly provide options for know your Seat In Coach family group, for interaction of interested family for more bonding and fun. Thanks again for excellent trip.

We booked a 3N/4D trip to Mysore + Coorg from Trip Factory (I have taken holiday packages from them earlier, and always it was a smooth experience). The executive, Kamini helped me with a perfect itinerary with 1D in Mysore and 2D in Coorg, along with suitable flight bookings from Mumbai to Bangalore (both ways). Even after finalizing the itinerary and booked the package with an interim payment, I asked for some changes, and Kamini & TF team helped me with the same without any hassle. That's really a true service quality! The trip went absolutely brilliant as expected! Thank you Kamini & TF team, best wishes to the entire TF team.

I will highly recommend TF to all my friends and family members. And those who are reading my review - please give them a chance to prove their worth in organizing your trips. You'll not be disappointed :)

The tour was well organised. But always there is scope for improvement. First of all I would like to tell you that our experience with Dhoh cruise was not satisfactory. The was cruise was supposed to leave at 0830 pm and were in that place by 0650 pm. There is nothing to see much in that place and it amounted to wasting of our time by about one hour. We were allotted dining table in the lower deck which was a closed space and the ventilation was inadequate. It resulted in uneasiness within 30 minutes of the journey. The only good thing about the cruise was the dance show. The food quality and taste as you told earlier only was of moderate. Even if you skip from the itinerary, we wouldn't have regretted.

Day 2's city tour was okay. Desert safari started on time by 0300 PM and after the dune dash we were in the venue by 0430 PM. The show starts at 0700 PM. I suggest you to delay the schedule to 0330 PM instead of 0230 PM.

Abhudabhi tour was okay. Could have accommodated Ferrari park also in the itinerary . Louvre visit was exiting. If the family has predominantly young children (less than 10 year old, request you to avoid this visit. (Children enjoy Ferrari park visit than this.) The restaurant chosen for lunch was not good. (Lal Khilla) and were forcing us to opt for Buffet Lunch which costs 67 Dhirams. After the intervention of vehicle driver, reluctantly they were willing to provide the veg meals for 50 Dhirams. ( As we were not comfortable with their attitude we refused the meals there and went to another restaurant Bombay Chats in the city area which was fantastic (Both in taste and hospitality). Kindly recommend this hotel for vegetarian food. The visit to Grand mosque was also not a good experience. Our vouchers/online booking was not honoured and was made to stand in common Que which ended up in wasting of lot of time nearly an hour. In spite of following the dress code, females were asked to wear the Hijab (Burqua).

The visit to Burj Khalifa also ended up in wasting a lot of time in waiting. We were at the Dubai mall by 0345 PM and our visit was at 0830-0900 PM.(Average waiting time for the visit in que is 2 hours). If e planned better, we would have visited Dubai Aquarium also.

I suggest the tour itinerary has to be planned in such way that at least for two days we should get time for shopping at our choice in the evening. (Should be free by 0700 PM).

These are suggestions, not complaints. Throughout f the tour, the Telegram support was active and support team coordinated in the best possible way. We never felt isolated and away from the known people.

You have left sweet memories with us. The Hotel chosen was also quite satisfactory. The health of all our family members was well maintained throughout the tour. The way tour was organized and coordinated, I feel that you have a very good future and you keep coming up. Definitely we don't hesitate to plan another journey with you or recommend you to my other colleagues. Wishing you all the best
