I had a splendid trip to andaman islands with my parents.... We all enjoyed a lot thanks to the services of Mr. Khada Bahadur... He stayed in touch with me... Made sure the trip was smooth... Even took time to drop me to the airport personally since the time of my flight was different from that of my parents. I would surely recommend trip factory to my friends.

It was a well organised trip. Fouzia coordinated amazingly through out the time starting from preparing the itenary to the end of the trip. She explained each and every thing covering all the tiny information as well. She has been so patient and great travel expert.
Telegram features is really good to get quick assistance.
Suggestions:
- Kindly provide the vouchers well in advance
- Time for the Burj khalifa should be extended since there will always be waiting queues and people will get late to catch the cab and might miss it. In my case driver left us and went. We had to come by our own.

Otherwise it was overall good trip. Keep up the great work Fouzia. Definitely going to contact you for planning my further trips.👍

This was my second trip with Tripfactory, first was Singapore and Malasiya and second just completed i.e Thailand.
To start with they booked the entire trip, have the support group created which was helpful throughout the way i.e any problem or ask can make to the group and was getting instant answers.

In terms of hotel at all three locations Phuket, Pattaya and Bangkok, Phuket hotel was not all good (Tanawan hotel- could not consider that to be 2 star, however it says 3 star as per my booking). Not satisfied at all, only good part was that atleast it was on the main street and all things were at walking distance. Other place hotels i.e Pattaya and Bangkok were very good. Phuket also was expecting the same as was given at other locations.

Other itinerary was good, enjoyed. Tripfactory took care of the entire booking. In Phuket there was booking for PhiPhi Island, the entire trip of that was good except for lunch which was really very bad in terms of comparison with other members on the boat having different lunch which was very good. I am not sure why our lunch was not that. Would suggest when doing booking please do the best one instead the average one.

Overall other than few points which I mentioned above the trip was very well planned by tripfactory and was good. Enjoyed and will plan another with Tripfactory but with different expectation.

Suggestion
1. Itinerary/vouchers including flight tickets should be sent at the minimum 3-4 days in advance. It was received on the travelling date.
2. Hotel selection as per customer preferences.
3. While doing any booking choose the best of the option like food, place etc instead the average.

A trip to remember with my family, very well organised. When I needed information or help during my trip the trip factory team was very proactive, interactive in approach. Have discussed my experience and advised my friends and colleagues to opt for trip factory. The visa was handled by Udaan India Bengaluru who were hardly interactive, I tried calling them but hardly no answer. Apart from this everything went as planned. Mr Prashant (travel expert) planned, organised in a very nice manner and is very interactive. In future will definitely opt for trip factory for any tours

Pulkit had scheduled the trip very well . malindo airlines was pathetic and availability of wheel chair was an issue, but overall itenary was good and organised well.

Very committed service with proper follow-up. Service provided as per their schedule with a hassle free journey. thanks to Trip Factory tours and travels for providing services. Driver was little rude to speak but manageable.

Been on a 7 day/6 night tour of Dubai. I have say, I am very impressed with all the arrangements from Tripfactory.
I've been on trips through other travel organizers before and this was my first trip with Tripfactory, decided to go with them as they had a lot of flexibility with respect to the arrangements and even the quote that I got for the itinerary that I was wanted was the best among all the tour operators that I inquired.
Prakash our travel expert was very knowledgeable and gave very good recommendations to suit our requirements.
On the trip, everything was smooth, the telegram app is a real boon with all real time information shared on it. Any last minute changes that we requested for were also entertained and they were on top of things throughout the trip. The Atlantis stay was the highlight of the trip, which no other tour operator was providing at this price point.
Overall, we had a wonderful time, would definitely consider tripfactory for any further trips I take and would definitely recommend them.

We booked 6N and 7 days holiday trip to Rajasthan. 2N Jaipur, 2N Jodhpur & 2N Udaipur. The travel agent was quite helpful and arranged everything in a professional manner.

At Jaipur we stayed at The Theme hotel. Very friendly staff and they took care of us very well. Room service was quick. The room size was small when compared to other hotels but otherwise everything was good. Breakfast was very good in Theme. Overall good experience.

At Jodhpur we stayed in "The Fern Residency". Had a good view of the fort and Umaid Bhavan Palace from the room. Didnt had a overall good experience. We went there and didnt find a security outside and had difficulty parking the car. They call themselves as 4 star but their service & cleanliness is not at par. We had a problem with the door and they came and fixed it and when i tried again it was not locking. As soon as i informed them again they changed my room. They had mentioned in the lift that they have a kids play area and later when i went there found that they are using it as a store room for the junks. Next i took my kids to the swimming pool to find that it was full of dirt and bird feathers and saw pigeons taking a dip. Kids were really disappointed. Minibar was not replaced and had to call and remind them. Looks like they dont have a checklist. Breakfast was average and they took very long time to serve Dosa or Omlettes and one of the days they even forgot after reminding them several times. Dinner was good we ordered in the room and the service was quick. The handwash area next to the breakfast area was not at all maintained and had foul smell on both the days we went there to have breakfast. Room service, one of the staff didn't understand English and was irritated when i spoke to him in English. What i have shared above is my overall experience.

At Udaipur we stayed at "Golden Tulip" Overall experience was good. Very courteous staff and helpful. Breakfast spread & dinner was very good. They have maintained the property clean. Swimming pool was neatly maintained. Couple of tiles are broken inside the pool and hopefully they would fix it. Had issue with my room telephone and since they couldn't fix it they changed my room. Staff were very helpful. Overall good service.

The driver who took us around the city was good, respectful and very helpful. One thing which i noticed during the trip was the Guides & drivers will always take you to the shops or hotels where they get commission. The things are over priced in such places. so please make sure you decide where to go and take control of the situation rather than allowing them to take control.

I am very happy with the overall service. Things which I liked:

1. Good and prompt service from the point of contact
2. A communication medium on Telegram
3. God suggestion of hotel and iternary

Recently I visited Bangkok pattaya. Package 5 nights 6 days. Daily 1 or 2 places taking sightseeing .afternoon maximum before 4 trip completed. No major places including like marine underworld and tiger zoo.packge is good .but best visiting places not including.

We stayed in 2 resorts - paradise island for 3 nights and adaaran prestige vadoo for 2 nights. Paradise island was a bigger island resort and was kids friendly. Adaaran prestige vadoo was on a very small island and was not as kids friendly (even though kids liked it). The rooms of adaaran were quite stunning. Room service in both the resorts was slower than what we expcted and we had to walk a lot to get to the rooms. There were buggies, but the number of buggies were very little and we could get it only few times (and not always).

For tripfactory, the trip was booked as per the expectations and in the budget we wanted. We were given enough options to choose from and having Anish reachable made it easy to communicate faster and make a decision. Since we were a group, it took time to decide, but Anish helped us in the best way possible.
Tripfactory takes payment in steps, which allows us more time to make the payment for the trip. It helped us manage expenses better.
Possible improvements for trip factory :
One thing that you can do better to to make the vouchers/tickets available little earlier (may be as soon as booking is done). I had to bother Anish a lot of times for getting the tickets/vouches and the only answer he had was that it will be sent by system 2 days in advance. This made some of the folks in our group nervous and anxious.
Secondly, the timings of transfer from one resort to another was not very clear. We had to request one resort to contact another resort and sort out the timings ourselves. I feel this can be better organised by tripfactory by reaching out to the respective resorts. I had also asked for the same on support group on telegram, but i was asked to sort this out myself.

Well organized, good communication, local coordinators were helpful.

Overall Experience is very good.Hotels hv bn upgraded and itenery was also nice.Overall great experience with the whole team
