Overall satisfactory with experience with Tripfactory. Earlier Andaman tour without any hassle with tripfactory made me choose again for Jaipur package. The expert Mr.Vijay was very helpful in customizing the package according to our needs. He was providing clarity throughout the process and cleared the queries instantly.
Following points ( Experienced by self in this tour which caused slight inconvenience) to be noted by the tripfactory team to make customer's experience more enjoyable.
1) Hotel booking payment to be paid in advance to the hotel. Even though we have settled our package cost much earlier, the Jaipur hotel made us stay in the lobby for 30 mins which created an uncomfortable situation for my family traveling with infants. However, Telegram support was very useful and the support team resolved the issue pretty fast.
2) The Driver allocated to us was very pleasant and a good driver. However, he did not make any suggestions regarding the local place timings and did not show any interest in taking us for local shopping citing local parking congestion. We had to relieve him and use auto service for local shopping which caused us an additional burden.
3) Allocating a driver/guide with English speaking skills for non-Hindi speaking customers should be analyzed by the Tripfactory team. We were unable to convey our requirements fully to the driver since the driver did not know English much and we did not know Hindi much.
