Dream Journey guys in Andaman are exceptional. Tour coordinator and cab drivers are very friendly. Cab drivers are very punctual. All hotels (GB Oceanic, Holiday Inn, Blue Bird and Driftwood) are good. Holiday Inn in Neil Island is extraordinary. Trip Factory and Dream Journey made our first visit to Andaman a memorable one. Thank you very much guys. I will recommend you and use you for my future trips.

Trip experience was very good. Everyone enjoyed this trip. City palace hotel is awesome and their staff service was good. only we were got bad service in Den sten hotel at nubra valley but overall experience was Good.

As it was my first experience with Tripfactory so I was bit scared about the service but the service I got was excellent. But the service provided by the local cab person of the half day city tour was not upto the mark.

Trip arranged by trip factory to was amazing and perfect. I recommend who wish to travel because everything is perfectly organised right from first day to last day of the trip. I am grateful whole team and I thank trip factory.

It was awesome tour for us to Kerala. All the itinerary, sight seeing, hotel stay & road tour was well arranged. We have not faced any problem. I liked the 24/7 supports. We had a confusion over an itinerary with our driver on the last day tour to Kanyakumari. Driver was not aware of this. But Factory trip guys was manged the situation and immediately resolved the confusion. I really appropriated the guests support and quick resolving the situation & matters in a very quick turnaround time. We really loved the services. We would definitely would like to avail the service again in future as well recommend others. Thank you!

With my wife went to Bali for 5 days n 4 ni8 for honeymoon. Enjoyed lot n it was very nice experience. First 3 days stayed in Park Regis hotel in Kuta. It was very small room n room service was not upto mark. But 1 ni8 we stayed in Alam Puisi Villa. It was beautiful villa with private swimming pool. Our Guide Ngurah Agung was very much nice person n took care very very much lot. Thanks for him n Tripfactory for our memorable trip.

We had a good time. The team has managed it well by giving all the facilities at the apt price.

Except issue with vehicle on day 1, it was smooth and seamless execution by trip Factory meeting my expectations. Appreciate constant updates and responsiveness of trip Factory staff during trip. Driver can be more cooperative.

This trip was only me and my mom for Vietnam and Cambodia. We had a good experience during the trip. over all it went on well with out much hazels. Thank you Kallimulla Khan for immediate responses and organizing the trip.

Thanks Mala and team Tripfactory for organizing a fabulous Singapore holiday.We enjoyed each and every bit ,and planning was fabulous.
Air-ticketing,Visas,local travel arrangements were simply great and were handled in a very professional way.
But had some issues with hotel.Ours was a family room for 3+1 in Village Hotel Albert court,but were given a regular deluxe room with extrabed.No complimentary breakfast on day 2 and subsequently b'fast for only 3 persons.I had to pay for b'fast on day 2 for all of us( 4 pax) and for 1 person for 3 days.
I had been interacting with Telegram group from day 1 itself.Hope i will be compensated for the same.

And one more thing is suggest visiting Jewel @Changi airport on the day of departure .It's awesome and can be accessed from all terminals.We checked in our baggages and visited Jewel before emmigration as suggested by many.
It was worth spending 1-2 hrs there before catching return flight
