Firstly, i would like to thank Trip factory Team for making my family trip to Singapore Successful.

Pros:

1. Package cost was reasonable compared to other travel agencies.
2. We can add or remove any activity in the iternery according to our wish.
3. Activities which we are going to have in Singapore were clearly explained, but they need to work on scheduling the time.
4. Assistance provided in the Singapore by Singapore team was excellent.

Cons:

1. After the initial payment was done, travel agent will not respond to us immediately. After 2-3 days whenever he feel he is leisure then he will call back us and clarify our doubts, upto then there will be no message from them that they are busy or whatever. Sometimes i felt whether they will send me Singapore or not. If they attend us they will clarify everything but timely they will not respond.

2. scheduling of 2 activity timings in singapore were not good.
a) We did not got sufficient time to cover Gardens by bay and marina bay sands, from morning to evening it was given leisure and at 4 our activity started but it is not sufficient to cover both. Instead if the activity started 1 hour before(3 PM) means we could have covered everything.
b) In Sentosa Island, Madame tussade and 4 other activities, sea aquarium, acqua venture cove water park everything was scheduled in one day only and they have closing time at 5.00 PM. So we did not had sufficient time to spend in acqua venture cove water park. If proper guidance was given here, we could have covered everything on time but it had missed.

3. Assistance provided by Trip Factory before payment was extraordinary and after payment was very poor.

Suggestion to Trip Factory : Spend the time with the customer so that you will know what the customer exactly need. If this part is improved then the customers will prefer Trip Factory again and again.

Finally, Because of delay responses from team and wrong scheduling of time for activities in Singapore i am giving 4 star rating otherwise everything is good.

I really liked the service provided by trip factory. I have already recommended many of my friends to choose trip factory for any international tourism. Special thanks to Lavanya who was very patient and kind throughout our planning. She was available 24/7 and kept us posted with all the updates. Thank you very much for making my trip a memorable one.

The arrangements were perfect, and very well organized. Though there was a slight change in scheduling plans the trip support helped us with an alternate booking. However a few things could have been better - organiser could suggest more things to do in Bangkok/ have lesser days in Bangkok and more days in Phuket as there was a lot to do there, clarity on activities in phi phi, information on commute options to phi phi by ferry/speed boat etc was provided only the previous night after the ferry booking was already done. Also the trip advisor could arrange the phi phi tour from Krabi itself instead of Phuket as there were other things to do in Phuket and nothing else in Krabi. Also, Phi Phi island was the best location with lots to do, however there wasn't enough time to cover all ends.

Well organised, should have been more transparent on the national park fee. Thanks for your support.
