It is really a great pleasure to share my experience with Trip Factory for Munnar Visit from 12 th Aug to 15 th Aug, 22. I have been picked up from my residence very early in the morning and dropped back at my residence in the mid night . The entire Trip is so carefully handled as if my I am travelling with my nearest one. The driver Basil who has picked me from Kochi Airport from 12 th Aug to again drop in Kochi airport on 15 th August is appeared to be my younger brother. He is very much caring, decent and obedient. Even after dropping me at Kochi Airport, he has enquired during my boarding time whether I have been boarded or not. The hotel Fort Munnar is beautifully managed Home Stay. The entire employee of Fort Munnar is very very decent, cordial and respectful. Whatever I'll say it is less about this Trip. Definitely it is an wonderful experience which will be always a very sweet memory for me.

It was a good trip. The arrangements were good.our stay at the hotel was lovely. The sightseeing was also good.

The trip was organised very well, everything was perfect and as planned. Never struggled for anything during my trip. For every query prompt response was provided. Everything was booked as per itinerary.

I thought of taking short break over the weekend and called tripfactory team on Friday evening and immediately they have arranged all in hours of time. Even though it's last minute they have given good hotel and good room and arranged all other logistics.
I felt very happy to get everything in time. Even though my pick up place is outside of the city they haven't denied or not charged extra money.
We have started from Bangalore on Saturday morning and enroute enjoyed deep forest drive. Driver also very cooperative and covered as much as places he can.
Even though it's rainy we had enjoyed the trip and got good relaxation time.

by CAB driver mistake i miss good time bcz of him.
Next time my suggest if any passage go to tours please explain everything plans indetails.

I have mixed feelings before going with the TripFactory, But i was completely satisfied with the TripFactory and will plan other trips too.
But only thing is the the property i have provided is OLD one and rooms are pretty old, But the service is good.

All went well except entry fees info which had to be informed and even which all apps pax had to download that needed to be informed because some pax may not have sim cards to have internet. Driver Mr. Dewa was really friendly and supportive very much thankful to him he made our trip very good. Thanks to Trip factory for wonderful package.
