Trip was very good n very memorable, given package was also good , ehen compared to other agencies, team response was good n immediate action was taken there was some isssue at room over all it was a good experience, hope more trips to go with u guys thank you 😊

The trip was well organised, the Drivers and Tour operators were very courteous and could have been more better by way of more detailed by stating the costs of upgrading at different voucher levels at theme parks, Providing a Tool kit - like Map, Costs on taxies, bus, metros and its usage.
Rest All Good.

Over all the hotel were good to stay ammieties . The guid was also informative . Well coordinated your among the guides transport too .
The only suggestion was that could have booked hotels closer to the city to go to flea market or local sight seeing or see the city night time .

Mr. Kaushik and Mr. Naveen arranged the trip very well. Very happy and satisfied.
Alternate arrangements were done well, when the itinerary did not work as planned. Seamless integration of so many pickups and drops was done well.
I have a few points that can be considered for improvement -
Arrangements for scuba diving and travel to Elephant island could be co-ordinated better.
Government holidays should be considered when planning the itinerary.
Rooms at Neil island were not satisfactory (corridor in front of room entrance was pitch dark, geyser and flush not working, pillows were hard; however service was good and rooms in ground floor can be booked).
Person called Noor in Port Blair promised to give the video of snorkeling in North bay island but did not though payment was done.
Would be good if the plan for next day was briefed in the previous evening. Had to call and find out.

Wonderful experience. Just Jungle park hotel was not good they provided 1 water bottle for 3 person. Rest all hotel were good. Trip driver was pretty cool.

The trip was very well organized.

Ms Angel was a great support from the start and would really appreciate her support on the booking and during the travel.

Trip Factory did a great co ordination of our Thailand trip. All local transfers were on time.
Stay and island hopping was also awesome. We would definitely recommend Trip factory to anyone looking for holiday planning. Our co ordinator Swetha has been extremely helpful.

Amazing job

It was great experience. Everything went well. We were attended at any point of time by the members.
Just would feel the prior explanation need to be more convincing to customers instead of on the travel day, at least two days before would give enough time for us to buy any necessary things.

Everything was very well organised, Manikanta was my POC and he was very helpful and was available always for addressing any query.

Tripfactory was very helpful in planning and excution of the trip - they had telegram channel where every day they sent out usful info about next day and someone was always there for any last minute changes in plan - highly recommended - after two trips with them

We had our Bali trip planned and executed by Trip Factory. The whole trip was organised by Sunita Yadalli. The tour was executed very nicely without any issues. Each day was planned with utmost satisfaction of us. It was a mix of Religious and beaches. The resort was also very clean and was a satisfying stay.
I thank Sunita for all the assistance in the planning and execution.
We would continue our association with Trip factory for future tours as well.

Very good in co-ordination and we felt that trip guide was that enthusiastic while he was in first 2 days.. and other thing we felt is we covered less places.. and the driver was jus sticking to itinerary..

The overall arrangements were good right from flight booking, hotel booking and transportation everything was good. Except the first two days accomodation at Abu palace
