Trip was all great in terms of punctuality, covering the places, accommodation and food. We had packed several wonderful experiences and memories from the trip. The coach was cleanly maintained by the driver.

The road travel was too much and the locations of the hotels were very far from the actual places. We used to travel 3-4 hrs for half an hour sight seeing which was overwhelming. It would have been amazing experience if the hotels were booked close to the view points like interlaken, Titlis (in Switzerland).
However, the stay at the hotel 'The Hotel park' was horrible. The hotel room wasn't upto the mark, blankets were not cleaned, no kettle was provided in the room, room looked third class. Food was equally very bad.
If not for this i would have give a 5star rating.
