This was good trip and thank you to anish for advice this package. but before I committed to this package he never tell about hotel details completely.food also not good at this hotel, I did not expect hotel is in down to main road 2km approximately, only jeep can pick and drop from main road and road also not good from main road to hotel. actually I don't know why they selected this hotel. there so many good hotels in munnar and house board in alleppey also average but food they have served was good. (In package they mentioned A/C will switched on between 9PM to 6AM in house boat, but they turned on 9 PM to 3AM only. horrible. ) except that trip was good and finally thank you to Sadiq, he is my car driver, he is like a guide to my trip and good person.

this is an excellent trip. my family enjoyed a lot. we had nice car, experienced driver, visited all places, nice flight journey, super hotels...i thank charanya from trip factory for her commitment to make this trip a memorable one.

First of all I would like to thank Johnson and Suravi for arranging such a wonderful trip. We went for a family trip of 21 members. Cabs, hotels everything was perfect and on time. Wat ever we request they have arranged it accordingly. I would strongly recommend trip factory to my friends and family. Thank you once again for arranging such a wonderful trip. We came back with beautiful memories.

We had been to Thailand for 9D, 8N (Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya and Bangkok). I must say the arrangements made by tripfactory for our trip was excellent. Rabbila was very helpful in selecting the package for this trip similarly, Alex was very helpful in opting right sightseeing in Pattaya. Special thanks to Rabbila and Alex (pattaya) doing good work.
Accommodation provided in the phuket and Krabi was excellent. However, the accommodation in pattaya was moderate and Bangkok is poor even there were issues in water supply and wifi.
Improvement Feedbacks:
• Need to provide all the travel document in advance. There were lot of follow-up required to receive the concise document / details.
• Trip factory ground staff and vendor in pattaya and bangkok need to pull the socks little bit. Need to have correct communication with ground staff all the time.
That is, there were delay in the starting from pattya to coral island and also the driver picked up in bangkok to pattya had not given lunch break even when we had requested the driver and the local representative. This was repeated in the return travel from pattya to bangkok. This distance between bangkok to pattya was 120km.
• The water game cost at coral island were not spelled out in the itinerary.
• One more suggestion is, provide the list of place we can cover beyond the package trip, after the half day trips.
Overall, we are satisfied with this trip and will plan the future trips with Trip factory. Thanks a lot.

Overall experience with Tripfactory was good. Emergency responses was ultimate wen we found it difficult in trip and resolved the issue with in no time . The agents wer not good in some places other tan tat it was wonderful thanxx to u all who managed the trip for us .

We were a group of 13 people and was lucky to get TRIP FACTORY to be frank. Right from planning our trip, to confirmation and subsequent travel were meticulously planned and executed by Trip Factory personnel. We had no HASSLES anywhere. For any issue/clarifications we had a whatsup group created by them and could communicate with them.

Booked hotels were very nice and family friendly, food was GOOD, Transportation was end to end, Guidance by drivers were TOO GOOD. Overall it was a HAPPY FAMILY TRIP with less issues. This review is my own experience.

I specially Thank Mr. Vijay (trip factory agent) whom we bothered every now and then, but, he was very accommodative and helped his in all the ways.

Main issue in Srinagar and other surrounding areas are exhorbitant charges for activities. I feel if TRIP FACTORY can take it up and control it with their local agents it would be wonderful experience for travellers. We had to bargain hard and raise our tempers to cut activities charges.

Awesome... Please appreciate and please give Akshit Roy a good hike in the salary as he has done superb job in planning my trip and explaining me abt the trip.

This trip to Sikkim was just great.
The choice of hotels were also good and right from the touch down to Bagdora, the agent receiving us there, explaining the trip and handing over the voucher and having the Driver take over, was just great.
We got a good car for the entire trip. The drivers were polite and very sensitive to our requests.
They took us around safely.
Since Sikkim involves a lot of moving around by car, hence i am stressing on this :-)
Maple residecy was a fine budget accomodation and staff ever smiling.
Etho Metho was a nice lil botique sort of a hotel - their attic rooms are cute.
Mayfair a class apart. The staff seem lil less friendlier, but the hotel is simply magnificent. The meal spread is awesome and the rooms are luxurious.
Sterling (darjeeling) was a slight of a pain, they need to improve on their relationship skills, though the place is decent and well located.
The sight seeing was as per the itinerary and taken care of well by the guide cum driver.

I wish to thank 'Susmin' for the fabulous itinerary built and the effort taken to improve it till it was fine tuned.

TripFactory did a good job is planning my family's Singapore Trip. Our Trip Advisor (Prisca Solomon) was very helpful during the planning phase of the trip and provided me with the best options and travel itinerary for the duration of the stay.

The only thing which I would stress on TripFactory to be a little attentive is with the commitments promised on the during trip planning and the actual commitments which are offered by the local vendors services at Singapore. The reason why I say this is because during my itinerary planning, TripFactory had agreed to provide me with 2 complimentary lunch/dinner vouchers at arrival at Singapore. But this was not to be the case since the local vendor with whom TripFactory has partnered up had discontinued the offer of 2 complimentary lunch/dinner. Although TripFactory had agreed to refund our 2 complimentary lunch/dinner, it did cause some concern since we had expected lunch/dinner at 2 attractions in Singapore but ended up paying from my own pocket.

On the overall, my and my family had a fantastic 5 day trip in Singapore and we really enjoyed spending time over there. I will recommend everyone to TripFactory for their Singapore Holiday package.

Moving forward, I am planning to arrange more trip with Trip factory.

We traveled to Bali with Trip factory from 20th till 25th April 2018. The tour was planned at very short notice and hence while doing so we had explored various options with other obvious travel agencies, Being relatively new in the business ( As perceived by us) , The low and most competitive rates and inclusions being offered from Trip- Factory made us suspicious. However Ms. Megha N R , our counsel/ trip adviser with her reassuring calmness against my nervousness made us choose Trip Factory over others. With the kind of experience we had, on hind sight it was the perfect decision we made. The tour rating experience in fact was 5 star for Trip Factory management but a star less for local scheduling at Bali.
Right from pick up at Bali Airport , escorted and driven around for our entire stay at Bali in his Toyota by Mr. Agun Veera Jaya, a thorough soft spoken accommodating gentleman, to a beautiful Hotel Swiss Bell Inn and their courteous staff , it was an extraordinary wonderful experience. We have lot many good things to say and whole lot good experiences to share.
Our only complaint could be that lot many things were tried to be accommodated in short itinerary and for us who wanted to relax, at times that was taxing. So will suggest that we can do away with tours like Gold/silver factory, handicraft village, coffee plantation etc.

I had made this booking for my parents and their friends who really enjoyed their trip. Meenakshi who was co-ordinating the trip made sure all was looked after well. Will highly recommend Trip Factory

Overall, the trip to Kashmir valley and the tourist locations around it was very well organized. The only suggestion that I like to make is, at almost all the activity places, a lots of bargaining needs to be done, else we are looted for sure. Example, a fellow tourist paid 4K for the same activity for which I paid 800 Rs. Therefore, Tripfactory can suggest a pricing chart (reviewed by previous tourists) for all the activities in and around the Kashmir Valley. Offcourse the tourists understand it's the livelyhood of the locals and so will be generous, but looting is not accepted, where Tripfactory can come to help.

Trip Factory service was awesome.. Samson cleared all our doubts pateintly.
