Kashmir trip was nicely planned by trip factory with good hotels and food at all places.

We had memorable trip experience in Gulmarg moutains
( skeing and sledge ) and horse riding watching scenic Phalgham.
The chauffeur cum guide for the entire trip was co-operative and professional .he provided us the details of
places and guided us the entire trip .Kudos and we are thank ful to Irphan for guiding us and taking care for the entire trip .
Trip factory is definitely worth to plan for trips and is easy and hassle free to plan for the trip .

Organising is good but when comes to accomadation it was average hotels were not good but trip factory supported us in all the way

Overall experience was nice! Except at manali,service provided by hotel staff wasn't upto the mark. Rest was ok.

Road travel planned was very hectic added with traffic chaos at every location. Very little peaceful time left during all 5 days. You should look at other travel options by which travel time can be reduced. In fact, trip should be separately planned for Manali & Shimla.

Few observations :-
1) When we landed in Delhi airport, we were waiting for a brand new Iooking Indigo to greet us, but what turned up was little disappointing, pretty old, seat altered , AC was not working properly to beat the Delhi heat ,
The only good thing in the car which came to pick us was the driver Onkar, who was affable.

Tripfactory team needs to ensure the upkeep and condition of the cars.

2) We had booked in Manali Inn hotel , seeing the images in the google and repeated assurances from Sangeetha.
But when we reached the hotel late in the night. disappointment was waiting in the doorsteps of the hotel, as lots of things in front of the hotel and inside the hotel ( some construction,/alteration work was going on )
WE were a little surprised , Tripfactory team could have guided to a better hotel , considering the trip cost collected
for eg :- The hotel staff on check in said he had upgrade our room, and he promised this room had a good view.
But when we pulled the room curtains, we were not happy with the view of petrol bunk, some broken construction materials. etc.

Tripfactory team needs to consider these detailed reviews seriously ( these reviews given to improve your services )
once again thanks to the trip factory team for the quick response and safe trip in the Himachal mountains.

This was my second trip with Tripfactory first being to Kashmir. The main reason to choose Tripfactory is the variety of options they provide to customize the trip according to your budget and convenience.
Except for minor issues here and there the overall trip went on really well .This time the team provided with a real time watsapp support group which was really helpful.
We did a 8-9 days Himachal trip covering Shimla-Manali-Dharamshala-Dalhousie from May 23rd 2018. We travelled by road from Delhi to Himachal. Its better to avoid Shimla due to the water crisis there. It was scorching hot and the hills were on fire at many places(forest fires). Since we stayed at Mashobra , closer to Shimla town it didn't affect us much. Mashobra was a cool place and hotel Summit Thistle Villas was good too.
Manali was very crowded with traffic block everywhere in the town. The trip to Rohtang pass started at 3 am from the hotel and we reached back to the hotel only at 10 pm. We couldnt cover Solang Valley due to this. There was heavy traffic block on the way to the Rohtang pass due to peak tourist season and the innova cabs (with permit) were asking for 14K-17K for the trip.We spent only 1 hour at the Rohtang top, rest all were roadblocks :-). However it was worth it. The Manali Hotel Khushboo resorts was more like a budget hotel , I dont think it can be classified as a 3 star. However they managed to give good service.
At Dharamshala we stayed at Imperial Clark's Inn and I would say it is a top class accommodation with nice view and lot of space around. We had issues with the accomodation (Hotel Blue Magnets) at Dalhousie as it was not as per our expectation and we had discussed this tripfactory.

The overall trip arranged by Tripfactory was good and i have already recommended them to my friends.

Really had a pleasant stay in Andaman and Havelock.
Very well organized plan and impressed with travel agents. Responded the queries on time.

I will recommend to my friends and families in future.

Overall a good experience...However, we were told that our stay at Port Blair would be in a 3 star accommodation, but the hotel there viz. Hotel Driftwood was no way a 3 star hotel..the service & amenities were not upto 3 star standards.

Bali arrangements were good and we enjoyed . But delhi arrangements were pathetic but Delhi cab driver was good..

Good Hotels stays. We were put up in Harper in kuta and kamuela villas. Both stays were great !

Thank you for all your efforts in putting together our itinerary. The arrangements were well done. Good job. Nothing to complain. I have suggested a few points in my email to Kunal. Will definitely make more such trips with you all.

Overall the trip was really nice one. We liked the way we got support from operators at Ladakh. The hotel selection at Leh city was nice and they were all good. The tent camp at Nubra and Pangong lake we good too. The driver was always helpful and he had required skills to drive on the difficult terrains of Chang La and Khardung La. The vehicle was good and well maintained as well. The hotels had 24x7 hot water supply and we really liked it.

On enhancement side we would like to suggest few things.
1. We traveled for 4 days in row, Leh to Nubra, Nubra to Leh, Leh to Pangong and Pangong to Leh. These were last 4 days of our stay and after arriving at Leh from Pangong in the evening we had to catch flight at 7:55AM the next day. The trip could have been Leh to Nubra, Nubra to Pangong and Pangong to Leh to avoid travel on 4 days on trot. There could have been one day after arriving to Leh from Pangong and then leave for Mumbai. Saves exertion and time both
2. Stay at Pangong is little tricky. After clicking photographs at Lake, there is nothing to do out there other than staying inside tent. It could be one day trip though it would mean almost 8 hrs of travel.
3. While booking the air tickets, we would have liked to have same PNR for both the flights Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to Leh. Also the same could have been done for return journey. This would avoid claiming baggage as New Delhi, change terminal with baggage and check-in again.
