It was awesome experience at Singapore and Malaysia. I would like to thank Trip Factory for making a Wonderful Itinerary for 7 days. All the local agents were helpful.

It was good and we enjoyed the lot.But while returning from Bali to Bangalore at Singapore airport the flight landed late and our luggage was not boarded in the Bangalore flight so we didn't received the luggage at airport.so from next time u give at least 2 to 3hours layer time so that we can come without tension.

This was my first trip on tripfactory. Special recommendation for Vijay who was very helpful in guiding me to good hotel and packages.
Now about the trip, the hotels were upto the mark except the one in gulmarg which not only had average rooms, but also had no wifi and network in the rooms. Most of the hotels had tasteless food. I liked the stay in the houseboat, where the food was exceptionally good.
About the cab driver, he was friendly and good, but i soon realised that he would take us to places for shopping where he would get commission. That part i didn't like.

Over all its was worth it all.

Planning another one soon to kashmir, then Maldives.i believe i will only be using tripfactory.

Tripfactory arranged for great memorable trip to Leh-Ladakh. They made the small group of four people family of ours feel very comfortable with a vehicle arranged at Leh to receive and until dropping us at Leh airport with a single driver
throughout the trip. They accommodated our request to change itenerory for staying at Pangong lake tent which otherwise would have been very
strenuous. There was a good support from tripfactory whatsapp group. Hotel/food was decent on standard package. Driver Mr Tundup was always ahead of time and very accommdative to requests

The trip was good except of quality of food in Nova Platinum Hotel.

My trip to shimla- dharmsala - Dalhousie was very pleasant...Good stay,nice arrangements...Really appreciate all your efforts for making this trip a memorable one...Wish you all very best to escalate trip factory to next heights..keep up the momentum..all the very best😄...I will definitely consider trip factory for my next trip..keep up the good work..

I would rate very much on high terms to Trip Factory. I had 11 days trip for Shimla, Manali , Dharmashala , Dalhousie , Amritsar. We had some very Beautiful Hotels Along with Great Food and Service.

First of all, Thanks Avinash for assisting throughout the plan.
Had a great vacation in Andaman, had good time enjoying water sports like scuba dive, jet-skying, glass bottom boat ride.
Monsoon just started, experienced some good Thunderstorms.
Hotel & Food were really good, once again thanks to TripFactory (& Dream Journey) to make my vacation memorable one.

Whole trip experience was very good. Guide was very helpful ,friendly and informative. Only Hotel Quest was not as we expected. A/c was not working properly there so we had to change the room. Otherwise the villa was awesome. Nice greenary & lovely place to spend time.

It was a good experience with the service provided by Trip factory and its associates for our four day trip to Bangkok. Transport and the sight seeing facilities are done as per the itenary. There were some delays in scheduled arrangements provided in Bangkok and suggest them to arrange a person who can guide the customer right from arrival at airport till departure. This would help customer in ease of travel without delays

Thank You for the Hospitality, We indeed enjoyed the stay at the hotels, Specially Munnar.

The Trip was indeed a Memorable one, however the driver was incorporative in terms of sight seeing, we were the travellers hence we didnt know the places and the Driver, Mr.Thomas i guess didnot read the iternary and every day he was asking us
"Where would you like to go", instead he should have gone through the Iternary to take us there.

We could not cover few places mentioned like

Mattupetty Dam,Kundala Dam
Echo Point & Pothamedu View & coffe and Cardamon plantations...

All these places were not even discussed while travelling and if we asked him to take us, evry time theres only a single reply.

These places would have been closed due to rainfall. This was not acceptable rest everything was Good.

Leh hotel was excellent. Food and prices were very good. hospitality excellent.
Nubra hotel was ok.
Local travel and tempo traveller driver was not cooperative and did not adhere to timelines.
I like tripfactory as its prices are better compared to other travel aggregators.
This is my third booking with tripfactory., their response time is slightly slow, they can be faster with addressing customer needs.

Had wonderful time at Singapore, arrangements were really . Totally it was an awesome trip

we a family of three had booked our singapore tour with tripfactory. Ms. Padma our tour coordinator was great and managed to book our package well in time. She had offered us with abt 7 options which was really helpful. on 22nd may we reached singapore and were picked up from changi airport to our hotel village bugis. Even the hotel was good in ambiance and service. our package included sentosa island, universal studio , night safari , zoo and not to forget the cruise. Tripfactory had prebooked all the entry passes which saved our time. The pickup and drop on Sic basis was timely. We reached back home to mumbai on 28th may.
Overall a wonderful holiday...thanks to the team of tripfactory for their well organised and timely service.

My experience of travelling to HK-Macau with TripFactory was very good. The team's support both during the booking process as well as during the trip was excellent. Special mention to Fouzia who went out of her way to accommodate all my requests & changes. There were a few minor issues for which I have provided the feedback but overall the experience was satisfactory. Keep up the good work!
