I have booked Srinagar trip through Divya and it was a wonderful & well-organized trip. Will love to travel again through the trip factory.Also, I must add the package/price offered to me was far better than most of the travel vendors like MMT, Yatra, etc.

The entire trip was planned well. The trip planner was quite helpful and helped me to customize my trip. I would definitely recommend people to at least give a chance to Tripfactory to help plan your trip.

I travelled to Kerala with 5N 6D package. Everything was planned in a nice way.I got my flight e-tickets timely, I got my cab outside airport kochi,hotels were already booked priorly and checked in hassle free.Meenakshi Rana mam was my traveller assistant, she is a nice lady, timely replied and solved my queries.There was a telegram group also to solve issues. Cab driver was also a nice guy, safe and secure journey. Only one thing i recommend tripfactory to look in is that the cab was little bit older and ac was not working properly rest is perfect and i also recommend tripfactory to others.

Well organised by trip factory, regarding my trip to Andaman, no issues, everything mentioned in itneray were covered perfectly...

Overall I must say it was really good experience. I am really satisfied with all the arrangements trip factory made for us. Coordinators were really awesome folks and they explained everything crystal clear and we hardly had to call them for anything, before we reached the place our transportation was ready and even if there was minor hick ups alternatives was arranged immediately. Which was really awesome.

I would have given 5 star but hotel provided on day 1 was not really up to the mark. Something trip factory to work on.(it was decent enough, but compared to other 2 days it was not really great)

Except hotels in Port Blair and Havelock Island, everything was good.

Driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel in kufri is too good but sarthak regency in manali was somewhat ok. Hotel service is not up to the Mark in sarthakregency. Overall experience is very good and enjoyed a lot. Thank you for the making this trip memorable.

Local coordinator was good but need to work on providing better hotels and ferry transport please don’t provide govt ferry it was stinky and full of mosquitoes

We have booked our honeymoon trip to alleppy. it was a gr8 experience and all the credit goes to trip factory.. everything was arranged in a perfect manner and as told while booking. They kept in mind that we r couples and gave priority to our privacy. Everything was just fabulous due to trip factory..thank u for making our trip memorable..
Note:- I am cutting one star bcoz i think price should be more pocket friendly.

The overall trip is good. Driver is caring, helpful and manageable English. He covered all the places mentioned in the itinerary. Thanks for guidance and you made our trip memorable.

Our ongoing flights are cancelled but still managed to go by train... But still One of the most memorable trips ever.

Imtiyaz received us in Srinagar. such a cool, humble person he gave us very warm welcome and protected us at every place. he is very flexible and scheduled all sightseeing as per your convenience.

He arranged a guide at Gulmarg, and guide is very kind, had lots of patience and so energetic. he assisted us so well for all activities. Hope we are luck we witnessed snow fall also 😊

Regarding stay:

• Hotel Shefaf in Srinagar was good, well maintained.

• Royal Park Hotel in Gulmarg is just a paradise, as name says ever thing is Royal, service was too good. my room had very good view and all amenities like electric bedsheets, heaters etc..


• Moon Valley Houseboat due to some operations issue we got an upgrade to The Mughal Sheraton Houseboats suit room. This stay made me remember my Maldives water villa. such a heaven on earth this had a very good view, Hot bath, shower rooms, heaters etc. In single line I can say Best Luxury Houseboat in Dal Lake

I think we made right decision i.e, going by train without cancelling entire trip(as suggested by Lohit Bc) because of Go Air on going flight cancellation. Jammu tawi to sringar road travel was so beautiful.

Hi, had a great trip in Rajasthan. All the accommodations were great except in Jaiselmar where we stayed in a tent. I will definitely not reccomend that location for further trips. It was primitive, not clean & we also had a mouse running around the tent. Probably staying at one of the hotels nearby would have been a better choice. One other pro lemon we had was the driver having cough & cold. Eventually we all got sick in spite of wearing masks. Also he was not very hygienic. I would reccomend on future trips to screen the drivers pls...
