Timely pickup and drop makes us very much happy as we can plan our personal programs.Food served in hotels were good although it possesses some problem for Vegetarians like us. The experience at Andaman was very good. The service provided by tripfactory was excellent. However, the fixed schedule is frequently changed by the local team which changes our routine. In my opinion, this is due to the intention of the local team to maximize the use of fewer vehicles. Despite this, the positive response received by the team cannot be denied. Mr. Nalendu Roy, Tripfactory advisor planned our program very well. He immediately solved any problems encountered during the trip. Amazing tour planner they are.. We have got our 8 days trip planned to krabi, phuket, pattaya and bangkok for family of 7 people, Itinerary being shared by them was one of the best, rates they provided I bet are the best in entire tour planner group, local transfers and hotels were superb, they are providing telegram support during entire trip which keeps you updated for all your next moves and you too can raise any concern in the same. Overall amazing experience but still there is some sort of improvement required in their ground team local conversant people, nevertheless keeping all other points in view it was an extremely excellent, pleasant and worth trip. What was good: Trip was wonderful and everything was as planned. Trip Factory was in connect with us on everytime. Driver and representatives all were good.

What can be good: Atleast cold drink or water bottles should have been provided during sightseeing. Any Upgrade charges should be provided upfront so that we can prepare ourself. Non prime time of burj khalifa should have been told early. Location of hotel could have been better as it was very far from sightseeings.

The was organized well, I didn't have to worry about cabs and day trip. The support was also very quick and responsive. To be honest the trip was more suited for family vacation but still the itenary and the whole end to end process was smooth. Thanks for organizing the trip. Just one feedback that you should show the customer the fair break ups i.e how much was spent on flights and hotels and all. And also it should be informed before about tipping the guides beforehand.
