Mr Yeshwant interacted with us to prepare a customized tour for four of us. He was very clear and professional throughout. We got the schedule as per our desire and the package was well designed. He also helped us in canceling the trip for two, with best possible refund. Appreciate his overall interaction.
The hotel stay, food etc were as promised. Special thanks to Mr Bilal, the operator of Innova, who was with us throughout the tour. Mr Bilal took care of all our needs and ensured delivery of all what we wanted. Few occasions, he accommodated our requests in odd hours too..!
We also appreciate the “ TELEGRAM “ group and their efforts in resolving few issues, we faced with Indigo Check in.
