Everything was well managed by Clinton.

- Hotels selected were best.
- A/c Car with driver was excellent will give 5/5 to both driver and car (Would definitely recommend every to take Ajit as driver. Best part he understands Both Hindi and English. Also very helpful in terms of selection of food and thing you buy from local market as memories. Everytime I experience that Drivers take you to the shop which are owned by there closed ones or where they get percentage. But Ajit was different he asked me to inform him where to stop to get things never forced to go to this shop or that shop (Infact he used to help me get thing or becomes as translator between us and shop owner).


- House Boat: Will never recommend any one to book a stay in House boat. The House boat in which we had a stay was not at all good.
Below are the point:

- Cleanliness worst
- Doors of the room where not at all closing
- Food served was limited (Infact not sufficient for 3 person. Chef was not at all cooperative in terms of serving.
- They forced us to buy fish from local market which I refused and then the attitude of both Driver and Chef was not good.
- Night stay TV was not working after giving several complaint some one came and fixed it. But that too was forcefully switched off by 9:30. AC was not at all giving good cooling.
- Towel for bath when I asked for it they said we do no provide it. And when I checked it with the owner of the boat he said sir we give it.
- No proper siteseeing
- Basically I would like to get the full refund of the money which I have paid for house boat.
Hope you take serious action against houseboat

First of all, Thanks a lot for arranging such a memorable trip. This was the first time we relied upon a holiday package completely and didn't research on the hotel, sight seeing etc. Though we were sceptic about the quality of trip even till the last moment, trip factory didn't disappoint at all and delivered beyond our expectations.

Connecting with the representative was easy and the information provided was accurate. I talked to Zaid & Nahila for arranging the Kashmir trip. Zaid answered to all our query and assisted with the booking process.

When the trip started, we faced some issues with the flight part initially (actually airline issue which got addressed by the airline itself) but then everything was taken care of by the driver "Zahoor" who picked us from the airport and was with us for the entire trip. Zahoor was professional and even helped us dealing with local guys & answered common queries related to Kashmir trip.

Though sight seeing wasn't as per the itinerary exactly and we missed couple of points (ie. Nigeen Lake, Shalimar Bagh, Sonmarg), we got enough free time to relax and enjoy the beauty of paradise without being too tired. Important to mention that we had two 4 years old kids with us and we also considered their comfort.

Hotels suggested by Trip factory were above expectation and stay was comfortable at each hotel. Hotel locations were quite supportive to the planned trip.

Overall, It was an awesome experience with trip factory for all of us. I would definitely proceed with trip factory to book any future packages. Special thanks to Zaid.

In the improvement areas, I would suggest trip factory to correct the listed itinerary so that customers are not confused with the content and end up struggling with the sight seeing part.

They actually understand customers need with feelings and attend the guest with all possible facilities.
With few mistakes due to Holi festival clashing we face few pronlems but to compensate it dream journey holidays gave us a much better hotel upgrade at havelock which made my holiday wonderful.
The hotel aT port Blair is also very nice the staff was very pleasing.
The trip was escorted in best possible transportation vehicles.
There was no compromise in services provided by dream journey holidays.

Me & My wife visited Goa and stayed at this hotel from 23-26 March 2016. Located 3 kms from Baga Beach and 5 kms from Calangute Beach this hotel is old Portuguese type build. For those who have some knee problem or other please note that this hotel doesn't have lift. Restaurant food is good. Complimentary Breakfast is ok with limited options. Swimming pool is nice and room view is also nice. It also has village lawns which has lush green grass & trees where people can make the picnic in open.Village lawn presents unique experience when you are there during sun set. Rooms are spacious.House keeping is ok. All in all good hotel.

This is to write with extreme satisfaction that the recent trip I have been to Andaman & Nicobar through Trip Factory has been nothing short of fantastic and a holiday worth its money and memories.

To start with a big thanks to you Albert for personally taking care of all my requirements and to your entire team (Asha, Shahid, Mahin etc) who have helped me in various points. The way the tour was organized was fantastic. From the moment I reached Port Blair Airport till the time I left from Port Blair, the journey has been great. The team you guys have at Port Blair has given me an exceptional service in terms of hospitality and customer service. I would like to thank the entire team (Mr. Majid in Port Blair and Mr. Pankaj in Havelock) who made my holiday memorable.

Mr. Majid was very courteous in coordinating the transfers from one place to another. The best aspect was he called me every day to remind me of the next day Itenary and plan. We missed out on Cellular Jail on first day due to timing issues but he ensured that we got it covered during our last day of stay which was very kind of him. He was fantastic in giving tips on where to shop and what to see and he was guiding us throughout the trip and made us very comfortable. He readily agreed to a couple of changes I was wanting without even a second thought. The third day when we came back to Port Blair from Havelock, there was some issues in Driftwood Hotel and Majid himself arranged for alternative in De Marina which was a better accommodation and closer to main bazar. Such people are real assets to trip factory team.

Last but not least the entire trip was great and Andaman is a must visit place for every traveler due to its serene beauty and combined with the awesome service of Trip Factory, the holiday would become fabulous. I have become a staunch customer of trip factory and sure that we will have many more holidays to come together. Would recommend to all my friend and relatives on your high service and care that you guys do for a customer.

The airline & hotel booking was done by us through Trip Factory.
We had a good trip & Holiday Inn staff were helpful & courteous.
But since we were 3 couples they should have given us all rooms on the same floor
in advance.Moreover the rooms were not ready & we had to wait even though
we reached the Hotel by 2pm on 23/2
