The trip was excellent. The guy ryaz our driver was the best.his behaviour to us is like a family member. All the hotels in the tour are good except hotel grand habib in srinagar.overall the tour was best.we enjoy every day of stay.

One recommendation- trip factory can recommend some basic medicines to carry for Leh like vomitting and mountain sickness so that people can take these medicine from day1. Seems this important for all travelers traveling from Delhi directly through flight.

It was an amazing experience 0f our kerala trip. We travelled to Munnar for a 5 days and 4 nights package which includes 2nights in Munnar, 1night in Thekkady, 1 night in Allepey and the trip went so nice and The cab driver assigned to us was very decent and excellent. The food served at the hotels was good. Rooms provided by Tripfactory are really good. Hotel provided in was excellent.

Rooms provided by Tripfactory are really good. Hotel provided in Munnar and Alleppy was excellent.

Trip factory is the best, safe and treats customers very good.

The tour was amazing. We enjoyed the places . The hotels were good. The cab driver assigned to us was very decent and excellent. The food served at the hotels was good. We had a bad experience at Hotel Surya International, Manali on the first day. They provided us a room with lot of mosquitoes and noise. The room was facing the main road. However, they changed the room, the next day. Snow Hermitage Resort has a good building but maintenance was not up to the mark. There was no lift and they made us to climb three floors. Except these two negative things, the trip was very good. From Manali I contacted Mr. Rajesh of Tripfactory. He responded well and asked the Hotel Surya International to change the room.
Overall the tour was very good and arranged well.

The trip was great, all personals associated with the trip were excellent. Flights, hotels were good except there were no room service, assistance available in hotel Eldorado at Havelock.

Every thing arranged well and I am happy to suggest Tripfactory to others.

We travelled to Kerala for 3 nights & 4 day. Cost of package is also less that the other travel companies. we spend 2 nights in Munar & 1 night in allapey house boat. Over all it was great exprience. The destination itself was well selected but tripfactory made the trip brilliant. Last year I had gone to Singapore and getting everything arranged by myself was very tiring , this time Rajashree and Amit did all the booking for me hassle free and saved me money too :). Ok may be they couldn't save it of me as it was spent on shopping. I will admit , I am not easy to impress but must say TRIPFACTORY did impress me. The way everything was arranged from my airport transfer to Macau and the Macau Venetian suite , Disney world and hotel Hollywood and my 4 nights in HK all well planned and executed.
Yes one feedback is the INDIAN dinner at Kowloon , please skip that but I am sure that tripfactory is already working on that.
I have already recommended 2 of my friends to them and they had a good experience too ... will highly recommend tripfactory for any holiday need
