I booked my Honeymoon trip to Andaman(Port Blair,Neil and Havelock), with Trip factory. When I was booked the package with Trip factory, on that time I was worried about the money and what kind of service they will provide. Once I started my Honeymoon trip, everything went into right direction with super service.

I am very happy with Trip factory services ,I wish you guys will work on this.

However Once I reached Andaman , everything was planned awesome , hotel in Port Blair (Shompen and Haywizz) was awesome, superb service clean maintain property ,good food and best pick and drop service.

same with Neil island (Peak Perl Beach Resort) , beautiful property good food. and in Havelock (Blue Bird Beach resort) best stay with good food.

I am completely satisfied with the service of Trip factory Adviser and drivers as well. Thanks for made my honeymoon wonderful and memorable.

The trip was smooth, the changeovers, pick up and drop service, accommodation were well taken care of. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff hospitality was excellent. On the whole the arrangement of the trip was great. I would definitely book through trip factory next time around. But one personal piece of advice, If due to any natural cause a event is cancelled it only makes sense to get a % of refund through hotels. Because 0 % refund does not make sense. It is due to natural cause the event is cancelled and both hotel and customer should not lose out entirely. So it only makes sense if the terms and conditions are reviewed again and If that is sorted out I think its great.

Really appreciate timely service....all drivers were punctual...all coordinators were intellectual and friendly..Trip organizer ( Akshatha )- applaud your work and way to communicate with clients....Really nice experience with Trip Factory... looking forward for more trips with your assistance...Just that Candle Light dinner could have been much better as per my preferences...other than that, All went well..

I was not the tourist. I only booked this trip via tripfactory. I had inquired in many places and finally decided on TripFactory, primarily because they offered a better rated hotel than the others. Plus it looked like a startup since I haven't heard much about them, so I kind of had blind faith hoping they will be very keen to make everything work.

But, I was very nervous since I had booked the trip for someone else who are elderly and wold look very bad on me if they faced any issues.

But, since Day 1 to Day 7, I heard absolutely no complaints from them. I checked with the tourists everyday and they said the pickups came properly on time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

We also heard that the cost of the trip was also very fair / cheap, from some Dubai-ites.
I am totally delighted and I wold recommend TF heavily to all my friends even if I smell them planning for a trip.

Excellent..Will definetely book again.

I am very happy with Trip factory services , at the time when I was booking trip that time I face some issue (related hotel changed in last time , however recommend hotels was very good so that's fine ) so I wish you guys will work on this.

However Once I reached Andaman , everything was planned awesome , hotel in Port Blair (Key Aqua) and Coral Cove was awesome, superb service clean maintain property ,good food and best pick and drop service.

same with Neil island (Summer Sand resort) , beautiful property good food. and in Havelock (Havelock island resort) best stay however I will not recommend food in Havelock resort not good. and costly Candle light Dinner (below average food) .

Else Complete trip was memorable and Special thanks to "Fouzia Sultana" .

The trip experience was amazing. The planning and execution is impeccable . I really appreciate the quality of Services given to me this time for my trip to Goa. Ocean Palms resort which is booked for my stay in Goa is a very descent 4 star Resort. Amenities , services provided by the Hotel are commendable.

Commutation for the four days of my trip is pretty good. All the drivers provided to me on all four days were courteous, understanding and adept in driving.

I would like to appreciate the assistance given by the tour planner Kamini Sharma. She was outstanding in understanding the requirements and she orchestrated an accurate tour plan for me which almost aligned with my requirements. Her promptness in responding to the issues during the trip period is categorically commendable.

I really thank trip factory for helping me in having a great time and memorable moments with my wife during my tour to Goa on the eve of my Second Marriage Anniversary.

Such a lovely and awesome trip :)
We booked 3 nights and 4 days package for Port Blair -> Havelockwith the trip factory.
Though my trip started on a bad note due to bad weather in Port Blair, from the day after we arrived in Port Blair weather is totally good and we started enjoying in Havelock.
All the hotels booked for us were good.
Port Blair -> Hotel Islander Inn - I will give this hotel 3.5 rating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only lobby was smelling stinky may be because it was raining outside.
Havelock -> Blue Bird Resort - I loved this resort. Great ambiance , can give 4 rating. This resort is near to kalapatar Beach.
Port Blair -> Hotel Shompen - This is pretty good. Can give 3.7 rating.
To and Fro Ferry booked for us from Port Blair to Havelock was Markruz ferry. Ferry is neat and spacious. Remember as it is closed jetty most of the people had sea sickness.
Over all didn't face any problem in the complete package.

Only problem I faced is with the local coordinators in Port Blair and Havelock. There is no single point of contact. For each place coordinator changes. My only suggestion to trip factory would be please arrange a single point of contact person. otherwise i wish to give 5 rating for trip factory.

Last but no the least my trip advisor , Lohit BC a very special Thank you !!! Even though sometimes I called him in the odd hours he attended my calls and helped me a lot thought my trip.

The trip experience was really good. Just one thing, make sure u guys add important places in the package, for ex: in my trip package, baratang island and mud volcano was not added. I didn't know about the place, but after booking the package, I got to know about these places.

Thanks team for arranging this wonderful trip where I could spent quality time with my family . I would really like to thank trip expert Ranjeeth for organizing the trip so well. He had take care of all are requirements and comfort as my parents are senior citizens but we did not face any issue from beginning to the end of the journey.
Also like to appreciate the Hyatt Place residence staff, Trip factory and Royal Arabian staff for their wonderful coordination which made our stay in Dubai comfortable and wonderful. They were all available in whats app and quick in response in case of any queries. Everyone know that mobile is a necessity but thanks to their wonderful coordination and commitment to delivery quality of service we had used mobile only for clicking pictures rest everything was taken care by them. Hats off to all off them!
The best part was that whatever was promised was provided to us there was not even 0.001% difference between the commitment and delivery. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care
I would recommend next time to keep some time for shopping and also travelers having shared seat coach to keep the a time gap of 30 min to 1 hour from last drop not from the first drop as generally the family/ person picked up first is dropped last so he has 5 to 10 min gaps for other pickup as he is the first again.

Such an amazing trip. Loved the way Trip Factory had organised everything. Dint face any kind of difficulty in the complete package. Well planned and organised.
Only suggestion would be to arrange for a driver who knows routes in all the cities. However the driver was very humble and cooperative.
Even the rooms arranged had good service and great ambience.
Would love to travel again with Trip Factory. Great job team.

I thank for making my family trip a memorable one. The bookings were perfect The arrangements like pick up and drop were also perfect the room was awesome and the cost of the entire trip was also economical.One thing I suggest is that you can give a detailed activities like plan of approach more clearly. For example being a vegetarian I found difficulty initially but after that I learned by my experience.In sentosa Island the directions were not clear.The ticket were for round trip but as we go to one station from another how will we go back to the last station (Beach) in which wings of time takes place? The instructions were not clear. Special thanks to My coordinator Mr.Anthony charles Eric raj. His clear talk and no hidden speech only convinced me to go with TRIP FACTORY. I will strongly recommend TRIP FACTORY for my friends and relatives.

Just back from a trip to Dubai. It was awesome. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning as has never heard bout TripFactory before but still went ahead and booked a 4N/5D Dubai package with them. All Pvt transfers. Everything right from the pick up at the airport to the activities planned for us(Burj Khalifa, Desert Safari etc) was bang on. Never once did we have to follow up with them. The drivers would reach us well before the scheduled time. We were booked into a 3 BHK hotel Apt which was really good. We were a group of 5 adults and had a huge house to ourselves. Buffet b’fast was great. Overall it was a great trip and will definitely book through them again.
