It was an awsume trip, all things are well organized, hotel's was superb, driver service, pickup drop facility was just perfect, falak was the travel agent who organized my trip, if you guys are looking for a good package you should get in touch with falak, i really appreciate her effort, and i will surely recommend trip factory to all my friends for their holidays.

The first two day was complete mess up like bad weather, local holiday, communication gap with local trip guide. Lot of mess up happens and totally spoiled our honey moon mood. But the next two days was nice experience in havelock especially with approach of local guide, lot of option to explore like water activities (snorkelling, seawalk,scuba diving) and the beaches. Those beaches were mindblowing and cant forgot the memories in havelock.

Overall the resort looks nice, trip advise was ok in port blair and it was good in havelock.

Special thanks to Anil who co-ordinate this trip and makes us feel comfort.

OK! The tripfactory was the option kept coming up to my mind when i wanted to plan this trip. I went ahead and concluded my Malaysia Honeymoon trip assisted by Mr.Thaqsheel. But after booking was done i had landed in a public review page of Tripfactory and was quite puzzled looking at negative reviews. But went on with my gut feel and negotiated for the selection of Hotel and Locations. Everything was timely and done in a structured manner. Visa Processing hotel booking and all went smooth. They ensure all the queries gets positively responded. Thaqsheel was reachable anytime. None like what i saw in review happened . These guys ket their promise and we had a great memorable trip. Just one piece of advice to the travellers. Stick to the iterinary timing . Everything was well organized. These guys have tie up with the local vendors of respective location and they prove to be very professional and timely. Must try a trip with these guys again. Hospitality at Havelock island beach resort was so bad and also the breakfast.

"Amazing Experience in Kashmir"
Our recent stay at Kashmir was superb. It was our first tour with Tripfactory. Everything was well planned by Tripfactory.
Hotels were good enough, but the warmer, Heating facility was less effective. The room Service was good, Meals provided were delicious and variety was available. Electric Blankets were provided (best one in Hotel as it was -3 degree temperature in February ). Driver/ Guide was cooperative and well behaved. Pickup and Drop were on time. But don't trust him blindly, use your brain as well in case of shopping.

I Enjoyed my stay in Houseboat, Gondola Ride, pony ride, snow bike, snowfall. Altogether had a wonderful time spent in Kashmir.
Everything was managed and handled according to the itinerary given. We will most definitely plan another trip with Tripfactory again.

It was indeed a great experience and thanks to Vani Murthy for giving a good itenary and I must tell myself and my wife had a wonderful time.Thanks to Vani and Tripfactory and my only suggestion to trip factory is to provide a Basic check-in baggage limit which would be appreciated to a great deal. Hi, this was our first tour with Trip factory , indian team is excellent, support was very nice, specially 'Fouzia' was very helpful and attentive, Dubai was also good, but some incidence of miscommunication happen ed, drivers who pickup from hotel and drop us to location was not very communicative about the return pick up place this leads to confusion.

Overall trip was good , hotels were good.
