The taxi driver (Shyjan) is a very polite and helpful guy. He helped is through with all what we needed during the trip since the time of pickup from airport to dropping us back. The hotels were ordinary, especially the one in Munnar. I expected better hygiene and ammenities from a deluxe room. I feel that the cost is a lot higher than what I got, but overall it's a satisfying trip.
