Made us feel comfortable and helped us a lot during critical time when it was snowing and v were stuck. She ensured our itenary is well completed and kept us updated daily on any needs, kept checking v r comfortable with hotel and driver. The driver Meer as well helped us a lot during snow and didn’t leave us in the middle during snow. He waited for nearly 2 hrs in airport and then made sure v were safe in a hotel before closing his trip. Drove us safe during risky conditions.
