Will Recommend to Others
We travelled to Thailand (Phuket, Pattaya and Bangkok) between 10th-17th August 2024 along with my family and friend (Total 5 People). The trip was well organized and proper communications were made prior and during the trip (although sometimes it was overwhelming!). The transfer between the places were well managed and coordinated across the places.
Only drawback I have observed is the choice of hotels. Our trip was booked for 4 Start hotels, however hotels provided are not 4 Star. Although the hotels claim that they are 4 Star, the facility provided, size of rooms do not justify the claim and Tripfactory should done its own review before recommending the hotel for their customer or they must go with standard hotels like Radisson, Ramada, Holiday Inn etc.
